[Resolved] Circular Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) — delay in new gas connection/irresponsible behaviour

problem with the gas companey ( bharat gas )regarding to dealey in new gas conection.applied from two monthes later.the gas agency has not responding yet..& the compeny behaviour is too much irresponsible.rnplease do any satisfectory response/solution asap.rn

Bharat Gas — irresponsible agency

We had called on January28 for gas booking and were told that the delivery would be after 10 days. Today when we called we are told that no booking has been done and therefore it would take another 10 days. THIS AGENCY IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. Every month we have to make at least 5-6 calls to remind them. Pls do the needful

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I AM RESIDENT OF GANDHI NAGAR TRANS-YAMUMA DELHI AREA.
LAST 1+ YR BACK MY LPG DEALER HAS CHANGE FROM GEETA COLONY TO VIRAT ENTERPRICES, 132, STREET 4, GARHI MEDU, FAR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE IT IS HARDLY TO VISIT THERE.
EVERY TIME I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM OF BOOKING A CYLINDER.
NEITHER THERE PHONE IS WORKING NOR THEY PICK.
FROM LAST 4 MONTHS I HAVE TO TAKE CYLINDER IN BLACK THAT COST MUCH MORE TO ME.
KINDLY LOOK IN THE MATTER AND HELP ME TO RETURN MY ACCOUNT TO THE DEALER WHICH WAS BEFORE OR SO.
