[Resolved]  Citibank — ATM Withdrawal

Please find below detail explanation and reason of my complaint.
Respected Sir,
Request you to please get resolution on my dispute filed on 4th july 2012.Withdraw process was done from Development Credit Bank (DCB) mira road nr Deepak Hospital for Rs 10000,however only Rs 4400 was dispensed from ATM.I Have already spoken to Citibank customer care many times,also personally went to Citibank Branch,Spoke to Ravi Ramani Iyer(Branch Operations & Service Head),As informed by Customer Care Went to Police Station as well,Arranged call from Police to Ravi Iyer.
Based on their Conversation,i am sending you am complaint email about the dispute.Please arrange resolution.I am a member of Citibank Suvidha Account from past 5.5 Yrs.
