[Resolved]  Citibank Personal Loan — HUGE INTEREST RATE IN PERSONAL LOAN CHARGED @ 28%

Dear Sir,

My complaint is that i had taken a personal loan 2 years back from CITI BANK through telephone call by a citibank executive he said me that rate of interest would be reasonable and i took the personal loan for 4 years . i had never signed any document confirming the rate of interest @ 28 % but when i received my statement from bank 3 months back, they have charged rate of interest @ 28 % for 4 years loan of Rs, 1 lacs . I have given the legal notice to the bank asking them to give me the documents against the loan to verifty the agreement . But inspite of two notices, i have not received any feedback from Bank .

Also in the month of June 08, when i did not pay two installment, i was threatened by the bank's Gundas regarding the recovery and they threatened me that they will not leave my house till i pay the Installment amount .

I have raised the objections on this behaviour of bank but i have neither recieved the agreement documents nor any justification from last 4 months .

Please advice on how to lodge a complaint against the bank
