Sir I am Dr Upendra Nath Dash, had taken a car loan NO- CEJ[protected] in 2001 and already cleared the loan long back,I have not yet received the NOC from the company,for which i am unable to transfer the car to some other person.Please look in to the matter and do the needful. In a similar case I got my Form No.35 recently, within a week of contacting citibank consumer care centre through e-mail at www.[protected]@citi.com. You may also please contact the customer care centre through mail at the above mailing address mentioning your loan No. Citibank customer care centre is very swift and prompt in resolving the case.
