I have invested rs.1,83,000 in car rental Scheme city limuzine dated Jul-2006.and also agin Rs1,39,000 on Nov 2007.As per companies agreement they will give me Rs.7000/per month for 5 years and after 5 yrs they will rtn me Rs.1,10,000 against the shares given by the companyfor Jul 2006 ,and rs 7775 for Nov-2007Scheme It was going smoothly till july-09 but then after My cheques are getting bounced when i asked them, they told me that their are some internal audit is going on so you deposit the cheques after 5th, Sep, so i represent my cheques again but they bounced again. now we come to know that RBI has lounched some case aginst the comany and now they are telling that thoes whoes principal amt is coverd they will not get anything. Then why they have signed the contract for five years. i have some monthly adjustments aginst that money. so what i hvae to do now as we have signed a legal contract.whatever money i have invested is all my saving which i have earned in 25 yrs of my job.i am paying my insurance premium and other installments from that money.

So please consider my complaint as this is not just my problem but its is a problem of thousands and thousands of people.

please look into the matter and do the needful

expcting your kind help us to get our money at least they should rtn that amt which i am suppoesed to get agter five years.
