enquiry about lottery of MSN

Sir, My name is Chowl Srinivas and i am one of the five winner of the annual lottery promotion organised by Microsoft lottery incorporation board. I want to know whether my parcel is with you or not. I got confirmation mail from Mr. Terry Smith (Events Manager), Payment and Release Order Dept MSN/YAHOO that my package has already sent at your courier to the company. Also they gave me an Identification number, PARCEL/NUM/1010, and asked me to include it as the subject of any correspondence with your courier company to ensure your respond in a timely manner . Please respond to my mail on the following email address that is this email fake or real :

sir you mail me that do not deposit money.
But Shri Chandan Simha is demanding 15, 900 rupees for cheque.
Sir i am a poor man.
Sir please cut that money from my cheque deposit only sir .
I have already send my all details to Mr.Shri Chandan Simha sir.
What should i do now to get my lottery money to my account.
