I have also invested money in the company and cheques are honoured after 15/08/2009 . We want urgent remedies.

I am a invester of CITY REALCOM, Andheri, Mumbai from last one year.But from Aug-09, cheques are bounced . I am so confused for what to next? I think everyone have a same problem.Their offices are loked.How to contact them and when this problem will getting solve?
Please i am requesting all of you that get toghether and find out the solution.

I am also invester in the compony city realcom and city limouzine last one year. from auguest, 09 all cheques are bounced and returned by the bankwith remarks"stop payment". i am verymuch confused. whether compony will restart or not.There is notice in the news paper that compony called a meeting at Wilson high school, near prarthna samaj, s.v. road mumbai on 14th and 15th oct. 09 to decide further course of action . Report of this meeting to be submit to HIGH COURT, Mumbai. I had contacted to company's advocate V.N.Associate on mobile no.[protected], he told letter of information of the 14th, 15th meeting issueing to all investers of the compony. After querrying some question v.n. associates avoid to reply satisfactory. I think V.N.Associates advocate also a fraud.

If any iformation in this regard please convey me also on mobile no [protected]. We pray to restart the company in full swing and save the investers and compony also.

hi, i too deposited my hard earn money in City Real Com. but today i come to know from there web site that they are arranging meeting on 14 oct at Wilson high School, Mumbai-4.

hai investers, i too invested in city limouzines 18 months ago and city realcom last 6months back.but i got my principle amount oncitylimouzines and now my both companies cheques got bounced.we have to wait n watch up to 15th oct.09.let us hope for the best.

While collecting the cheques she use to give a call thousand times, now says the money lies with the company? true Then when she knew that the company is closing down, why did she take payments from retired people, who have sold gold ornaments, therir house, for there company,
andhave not given the reciepts??????????????????

After retirement my father also invested his hard earned money in city real com company now we dont know what is the exact position of the company. We got our one cheque payment but now all the cheques are rejected from[protected] saying 'stop payment'. We are requesting all of you to come together and fight for the right.
