Cleartrip — Refund

I just booked a flight ticket for four passengers from Bangalore to Dibrugarh (PNR = LLXJWL, trip ID = [protected]). Within minutes I have realized that there is a mistake in the booking so I cancelled it. And immediately called to cleartrip and airline customer care. But, the Cleartrip customer care representative said I will not receive any refund for my tickets. I felt very much cheated. Is it not cheating? It was just a matter of a few minutes. All other travel agents allow at least a few hours to check if there is any mistake in the booking. If this is the case I will be afraid of even opening the Cleartrip web page again. I hope Cleartrip has the curtesy to look into the matter again.

we booked 4 double bedroom with 4 extrabeds for 12 persons at hotel saravana, rameswaram.but we went only 8 persons and accomodated 4 bedrooms and cancelled 4 extra beds.but no body is responding and not refunding money..kindly do the needfull.

I MADE A BOOKING ON 8TH JUNE AND PAID THE AMOUNT ON THE SAME DAY BUT WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE HOTEL I WAS TOLD NO BOOKINGS WERE MADE ON MY ACCOUNT. ON CALLING THE CLEARTRIP HELPLINE I WAS INFORMED THAT MY REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN 3-4 WORKING DAYS BY AN OFFICIAL NAMED GAURAV AND NADIN AND ON CALLING 2 DAYS LATER I WAS TOLD THE REFUND WILL TAKE 5-7 WORKING DAYS. WHEN I CALLED TODAY THAT IS[protected] AND SPOKE TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE LADY NAMED GEETA I WAS TOLD IT TAKES 7-14 WORKING DAYS AND MY CALL WAS DICONNECTED WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING. THEY HAVE ALL CALL RECOREDS WHICH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME BUT YOU MAY DEMAND THE SAME FROM THEM.
