ClearTrip - Refund

I have made a booking of hotel via ClearTrip on 27-Apr-12 with booking ID#1204276365. They booked & charged the amount even if no room were available in the hotel. Finally i have to cancel my trip. I have spoken to the Customer care several times but everytime they commit the refund & i am struggling from past one month.
The details of booking are attached.
Request the concerned to help me getting my refund back.
