[Resolved] Cleartrip.com — Train Cancellation

Cleartrip.com is a fraud. At the time of booking the website works perfectly since there is an inflow of cash to the company. But at the time of cancellation, the website displays a meesage that the Railway's online service is creating a problem and it cannot cancel the ticket. they tell us to send a mail for cancellation which takes 60 days for refund which means they are holding our money for 60 days. i booked the train ticktes . but i couldnt able to cancel the train ticket due to the unavailability of the correct link.
i dont know why you people not providing the correct link. Is this a fradulent. I need an action to solve the problem immediately otherwise complaint to be made to higher officials.
