climb first — climbfirst

i have enrolled the classes in climbfirst for my bank classes...but my classes have not yet started.It has been 2-3 days ...and they are telling that they will start classes in 3 days from now.I was told that my classes would begin as soon as i register and book my seat.Although my mock test is conducted by them...they have not yet started my classes.
I have been misled by the climbfirst and i want my classes to be started as soon as possible as i don't want to sit idle.
