[Resolved]  climb first — pathetic service and loss of time for Studies

I want to register a strict complaint against CLIMB FIRST Education services for their non Ethical protocol of work.
I wanted books for IES and was confirmed to me that on reciept of payment books will be issued to me, though having very critical financial condition I managed to somehow manage entire amount and went to Borivali branch to pay.
On reaching there i was told by their representative MOMITA that books will be available after 15 days so I decided not to pay money as it was useless to wait for so much time.
Next day a call from CLIMB FIRST Powai branch came to me and a representative name ADITYA confirmed me that if I pay the entire amount then books will be available very next day.On his word I immediately paid whole amout.
Next day books were not there to be collected and on calling Aditya he replied that some miscomunication has hapend so books will be surely delivered next day and promised for same.
Even next day same story repeated and this time some senior represntative ROHAN had a word with me and told me that books will be delivered to me at my Place by 3 pm.
Till 5.00pm no one even called or turned up , so i called them again they were giving no concrete answers and just pathetically extending time and then time came when ROHAN begun to avoid talking to me.

I am very very torchered by this unethical behaviour. IES examination are in JUNE so each day is Important to me.
I want help from you and need very very urgent action against CLIMB FIRST. I want my refund and compensation penalty from them firstly due to them my time is wasted and money is blocked.

I went to collect our refund at Borivali Branch as even SHAILY the service executive failed to deliver book as per comitment. Momita the representative at borivali said she cant do anything and only Powai Branch can refund money as she is not at fault.
Now that I went to POWAI on 10th April a new person came ROSHAN who commited that book will be either delivered to us or refund.. But same story next day also no one responded and later in evening Aditya called me and said refund is processed. When we asked when will we get the money ROSHAN replied that I am not owner or accounts person and so it will take time.

Now on 13th April ROHAN calls and says in aggresive tone that take your complaint back then refund will be ASAP or else it will take 10 days.
THen a senior person came introducing himself as ROSHAN said I should be paitient and it was Aditya's mistake as he thought books of Electrical segment. But is this justified for my Wastage of 10 days??

I really want compensation for my countless calls to them, travelling to them,mental pressure and most important is wastage of my 10 days . Also loss of money i made by wasting my money with this people.

If really customer is important I must get my compensation.

Now even for the refund I waited for 11 days...
No sign of refund and only false promises that it will be done soon are heard.

Please help me please help me teach this people a lesson that consumer is not weak,... and assure me Compensation also.

This person ROHAN actually threatened me saying that i should not ask for my money as the owner of the Thane centre is a builder and so he may harm me. ROHAN even used abusive language while speaking to me. I was also similarly told that i'll get the refund in 1 day. NO REFUND has been given to me. Please tell me where to register the complaint against them.

i have made lots of calls to them but in vain. they have just wasted my money and still harrasing by threatening me. they even post on such complaints, saying good things about the classes by posing as students. there are lot of other consumer websites where i have seen complaints against them.

we need to take collective action against them to be compensated for the agony caused to us.

Yes friends, I am also studying at Borivali branch and I agree that all my GRE-TOEFL batch mates along with me feel cheated at Climb First!!!
I am Kunal Delwadia I got Enrolled in Climb first Institute (Ahmedabad centre) on 24/12/2012. for GMAT coaching gave them 15000/- On the same day. I had given a mod test to diognise my gray areas But i dint get the result or score till today 4/1/2013. They promised me to start my lecture on 26 but when i went there there were no one other than marketing team dealing with other student to make them victim of the same then after half an hour i was informed that there wasn't any faculty available so u come on 28/12/2012. when i went there on the day at 7.30 in the evening same thing happened and promised me that classes will be scheduled regularly after 1st January. when i went on 1st Jan 2013 with a resolution in mind that i will make worth my money but they told me that their faculty is gone to aurangabad so classes will start on 7th Jan 2013. But at the same time some students were there for refund and i asked them about the issue and they make me aware of these n immediately i gave them refund application since then everybody is guiding me to talk to Mumbai head office, when i call mumbai head office they say they need to talk with Ahmedabad office n when i call Ahmedabad office they say they need to talk to Mumbai office. I m stuck in between and finally i got lots of response in Consumer forum. and called the victims of 2010 batch students who had same problem, some from 2011, and some from 2012, 2 from 2013 batch. I am filing a police complaint for forgery at Ahmedabad centre in Nearest Police station. I request all d guys to come forward and support my complaint because if we go together, future of other students will not be at risk other wise there may be more like us "cheated students"- This must stop. hope u will consider me and come forward to help me and other future student aspirants of competitive exams.
