I have received calls from 011 30694300 / 30717400 on 24 / 3 / 2011 and 25 / 3 / 2011 regarding issuance of life time free Credit card with facility of up to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with Domestic and International travel travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the OTP no and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from Citibank Credit card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed.

I have called up Citibank Help line and have lodged the complaint. They have told me to contact after 45 days. Please help.

WHAT IS THE USE OF WRITING HERE AS NO RESPONSE COMES EITHER FROM THE OWNER NOR FROM ANYONE ELSE.I THINK IT IS SHEER WASTAGE OF TIME.I WANT TO SAY ONLY ONE THING THAT EVERYONE SHOULD GO BEFORE THE POLICE AND LODGE A F.I.R AGAINST THESE PEOPLE FOR THE FRAUD COMMITTED BY THEM AS I DID SO AS TO TEACH THE LESSON.

Hi, I have made the consumer complain at consumer court and my complaint in the process, I got the call from the both company, India biz line solution and also icici bank credit card department.

Transaction is successful but money has not charged

Come on India
We can fight and protect our selves
But wake up india

i can also receive a call from no 011-409580049/409580055 & they can debit Rs.5509/- from my icici credit card. all this is a fraud & i cannot like this so please help me out. they can tell that we have not charge you any amount. so how can they do that ?

There was a call from clubleisure executive name was Vijay Kumar tanwar from gurgaon and the tel number was 01409580043 but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank and you have a clear record on credit card and he also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card with was not told to me on 22-Oct-2011 so when i received the call after 1 minute of transaction from Vijay Kumar tanwar i told him to refund the amount and he told me that it would not be refunded and he alos told me that he will call back but till date he has not called back and i am also not able to get the contact them

Please help me to get refund of this amount

I have received calls from 01409580045 / 01409580049 on 10/12/2011 regarding issuance of life time free credit card with facility of up to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card, after asking the caller Mr. Ravi from INDIABILZLINE SOLUTION company again and again that the card is free of cost, the person reply was yes he told that this card is an add on from your current credit card company i.e HDFC.The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with domestic and international travel travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the otp no and put me on the ivrs system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from HDFC BANK credit card that india bizline solution, has charged me inr 5509/- which has been debited to my credit card account. When the said amount was not discussed at all with me, after the message was received by me, i immediately told the caller that i don't want the card, and i refuse to give my postal address also.

This INDIABILZLINE SOLUTION company is fraud company when I try to make call on above said no. it shown this number does not exist.company is fraud company when I try to make call on above said no. it shown this number does not exist.

There was a call from club leisure executive name was Vikas from gurgaon and the Phone number was 01409580049 / 01409580045. They told me that they are calling from ICICI Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to ICICI bank and you are a privileged customer of ICICI Bank carrying a credit card and he also told me that transaction amount would be debited from your card and the same can be paid by EMI so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it without entering the amt but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card.
Called the Bank and told them the whole case but they are not helping in this case.
ICICI bank is not taking any action against the same.

I am a housewife wth no earnings...i need help ...pllzzz someone guide me out ;how to get my money back...i need the money back...and i also want to punish these cheaters!!!

I got a call from 11409580045 @ 10.23 offering a discount card on food and travel for Free as a select customer. reconfirming my interest i was told to sms PWD on 5676712 with last 4 digits of my card. Then i will get a code. At 11.46 i get a call from 11409580049 n it is told that they are confirming all details of my interest in the card and the same is reconfirmed for free without any charges being to be paid by me. then i was told to punch my 16 digit card no then expiry date and 3 digit no on reverse of the card. Since i have a mobile alert, i get an sms from my credit card for using and booking holidays with club leisure with an amount of Rs. 5509/- now when i have been calling 01145738585, no is continuously busy, only answered once, then its not being answered. i dont understand how these people lie to customers n try to get business. its totally fraudulent. how do we tackle this? How can i claim my refund ? should we make a police complaint ?

i have also cheated by this ivr bizline india solutions compony on 22nd dec.i had got call from this compony they were offered me some gazzets on 5509 rs.only i had paid it through my credit card which of hdfc bank till date i havn't recived any thing.i tried on the same number from which i had got call, but the said number doesnt exists.i would like to complents of this matter and want action against tha froud compony.if u have any idea pls let me know.my number is 09619688677.mr.manish salvi (mumbai)
