As usual the executive came at my place and i paid the down payment on 03 July 2009. But soon i realise this i made a wrong decision and i applied for termination on 08 July 2009, that is well within 10 days.
On the next day same sales executive called me informed me that i do not have termination option. But same thing was not told in presentation.
Even in the form which signed it is mention that termination is allowed if applied within 10 days.
Even in page of Terms And Condition which i recd through courier it is mention that 10 days clause is applicable.
But the executive are not ready to accept this.
Pls Help me to get my hard earned money back.
I even have telephonic conversation recorded as a proof.
There is no authority to whom we can talk for this complain.
