[Resolved]  Club Mahindra / Gift Voucher — FRAUD GIFT VOUCHERS

club mahindra has come up with the great idea by Issuing Gift Voucher which are nothing but a
Fraud ,

So i would like to inform every one about the Sorry state of affairs of club Mahindra

Dear Mr Roshan,

It is like making a fraud to the people , i have inquired from ur Manali resort the date 7th &
8 th Dec09 are available , where as u are saying the dates are not available .
What is the need of giving these gift vouchers when u dont want to promote ur brand ,
It is like wasting every ones time by giving these fraud gift vouchers and then by refusing them by taking an ex cuse that dates are not available

The fact is that i can stay in any of the Club Mahindra resorts by Paying out in cash

To cut short ,Club Mahindra should Hounour its Gift Voucher if it really has any Brand Image .

With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that the gift certificate is a goodwill gesture for having attended the presentation, and the certificate is handed over to you at the time the presentation gets over. The Gift Vouchers are issued to the prospects with a genuine intention to experience a holiday at Club Mahindra Resorts subject to availability. The terms and conditions o[censored]se of the gift certificate are behind the certificate itself when it is handed over. We are not concealing any fact. If we did do so, we would not have explicitly mentioned the terms o[censored]sage on the certificate. I am sure you appreciate that.

We would also like to inform you that we have certain quota of rooms applicable for the reservation through gift certificate. All the rooms have been reserved till the end March.

Hence we request you to provide us with alternate destinations which would enable us to process your booking.
