Its regarding a clubmhaindra gify voucher,
In month of Nov 2009 I have been called at club mahindra office, Leela Palace Bangalroe, saying I am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When I went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When I awas not convinced by them they have given me a gift voucher valid for 6 months starting from 28 Nov 2009.
When I planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to redeem gift voucher, they didnt reply on time and my plan went in vein. When i called them they said we already replied you which was obviously a fake reason. Now from past more than 2 months I am tracing them but they dont reply to mails and when I call to customer care[protected] they say we will do the needful and convey your message to concern person (which is again a lie).
So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
Club Mahindra's Gift vouchers cannt be redeemed.

Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from Club Mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club Mahindra.If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

So when you plan your holiday go for some other options and save your vacations from getting screwed.

club mahindra staff contacted me and call for meeting on 22nd May at 7 pm at Hotel Redisson Blue and ensure to give gift voucher and 2 pvr tickets but gave only voucher and pvr tickets awaited despite reminders.

The gift voucher provided with purchase of mahindra vehicles does not work. Please don't waste time trying to register. I tried to correspond with topgear club, club mahindra and sireesh auto for almost 3 months to get this done. It is just a waste of time .

Same thing happened with me. We attended their seminar on 7-Aug-2016 in Bangalore and were genuinely interested to be a member, but thought of taking some time to think. At the end of the presentation got the holiday voucher.
But it is just not redeemable which ever resort you select, even though rooms are available.
Now, tell me how can i trust this company and risk taking the membership.
Such a CHEAP STRATEGY CLUB MAHINDRA !! WASTING PEOPLE'S PRECIOUS TIME..
wish i had read this forum before i went to attend their seminar.
I have attended one hour session at Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali West, Mumbai where they tried to convince me to take up a purple membership in accordance with my preference. I went there after talking to someone on the telephone (my number they extracted from my quikr queries on club mahindra memberships). I was also promised a 2 nights free stay at Club Mahindra Resorts, however, they only gave me two movie vouchers and told me that I will receive the stay voucher on my email, which they noted. However, till date, I have not received any such email. Its a big fraud company and Thank God they did this, so I could reconsider my decision of buying membership which I din't in the end. Fake telemarketing, fake on-site (Raghuleela Mall) marketing, fake people and fake promises. All the people who have read this, please don't go for this on-site marketing sessions. Its a waste of time, money and mental peace
I am Navin from Delhi. I recently bought a Mahindra XUV and to my delight (which of course was misplaced) i received a purple club gift voucher. This included a 3 night 4 days stay in a Mahindra resort.
I had trillion time confirmed with the call center of Club Mahindra that I have a 8 yr old kid and he would be anyways be travelling with us. I was assured, reassured that it is NOT an issue and any kid below the age of 12 yrs is permissible. When I got the confirmation, it mentioned 2 adults and 0 children. So I again checked, and was informed (rather re-reassured) that this will not be an issue.

So I happily book the Club Mahindra Resort at Corbett. We were all excited to enjoy the resort and the national park. Everything was fine. Just a day before I am to start the journey, I receive a call that my kid cannot be accommodated and I have to pay extra. I brought to them the terms and conditions of club mahindra that clearly states that 2 adults and 2 kids upto 12yrs are allowed.

I was told that these are terms and conditions applicable to members only. So I asked for the terms and conditions that is applicable to gift vouchers, to which, no surprises, they did not ANY answer.

Its a big sham I believe. I have stayed in many resorts national and international and they have never ever charged to a kid (6-10 yrs). This is just another way of making money?

I am absolutely disappointed - so much so of being treated as a Purple Club member...disgusted.

Got the voucher registered but when tried to book holidays. ( want to xperience their resort before taking membership)...System showed no availability till 31 august.Than i called their reservation to book without telling them about voucher...Availabity pops up in every resort i asked for nxt 4 months coz i was ready to pay...WOW Club mahindra..

My name is Amit Tomar ([protected])and the concern i have with club mahindra a got a voucher as gift for 2 night holidays and luckily I got the booking also in white weadows manali resort but due to a very urgent work I am unable to go on the date which was fixed I now when i confirm the booking I got a pop up that once u confirmed the date you can't change and cancel it but still due to very urgent work i can't able to go there so called the resort and request the guy to change the dates he said sorry I can't please call customer care they can only help you so i called customer care three day regularly first they said me that our system is not working call after 1 hour, call after one hour finally after more then 6-7 calls on third day I got a solution, , , , that is -NO, sorry sir you can't do it now I requested that my dates Are 23/24 you guys give me any date according to you not by me after 25th but no they didn't did don't know why they understand the prob of anyone I mean it's not a very big issue that dates can't change its a very easy for you guys when am ready to go according to you now then you guys can't do this then what can you do I think you can't do anything if this is not done by you
Overall A VERY PATHETIC EXPIREINCE WITH "CLUB MAHINDRA"which I never thing in my dreams also that CLUB MAHINDRA can do this ridicules thing with there customer seriously very hurt just because there is a very well known name Mr. Mahindra
I m a Traveller and blogger, I got a holiday voucher few months ago . My bookings were confirmed and before one day they called and said we are cancelling ur booking due to some reasons in resort . When I asked them they said because of renovation . Then I got to filed the complaint coz of sudden response of cancellation just before one day of booking . After the complaint they said to come there . We get there and then they requested us to wait coz renovation wrk was going on . In evening they give us room. Within that time we noticed that there was no renovation wrk was going on .. people was staying there . And who was not members..club Mahindra members providing them rooms coz of paying tarrif. I want to ask does those renovations ws only fr the people who gt gift vouchers. There were room availability for the people who were ready to pay the tarrif and who was members over there. And the behaviour of the staff was so bad. Ridiculous, I don't expect this type of response fom such a gud resorts .poor club Mahindra .thank God my fathersend me there before taking membership of club Mahindra . It may be a 4 star resort but it didn't deserve it . I will give only one star .
We received the Holiday Voucher on purchase of Mahindra XUV. Once in a week I get a message to redeem the voucher. But this is utter waste of time because on any date you check, there is no availability. Whenever I have raised a complaint regarding the same only automated answers were received. Also I have sent email to G3 Motors to stop issuing free stay vouchers, but since last 3 months I have not recd any reply from them. what luck I haven't taken their membership.
Even I have received a holiday voucher on purchase of XUV 3 years back. its very difficult to get a booking in any resorts with these vouchers. I have wasted a lot of time, searching for resorts. A very bitter experience from club Mahindra
I had purchased a XUV in 2017 and got a gift voucher and had used it 2018 and stayed at MAHINDRA poovar island resort at kerala..
Yes, as this is free you can't book on peak seasons as same is mentioned in voucher..
Beside you have to hurry and active ..because the booking window opens 60 days before...so be alert and book..
