[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Xylo complaint | |||
I purchased a Mahindra Xylo E4 2010. First serveice was in my nearest place Kottayam. We cannot satisfy that service. so I changed my service to Kochi. they are correctly service my vehicle... from Mahindra & Mahindra call me and the authorized persons asked why are you shifted the service to Kochi.and I replied my complaints. they told me that they will direct to rectify that complaints.Then the Kottayam service centre shifted to Thellakom. I think it will be better than earlier, After my 7th service in Kottaym, I refused. vehicle stopped several times. after running, cannot start the vehicle. after about an hour it will start... no of complaints increased. we lost the confidence in TVS and mahindra.
