my Xylo D4 vehicle no. BR01PD 1548
has not started On dated 12.04.2013. We had run the vehicle from morning and
stop the engine/ vehicle at market parking but when we have try to start the
engine it did not started. In addition we have noticed that the engine has got
over heated. Then after pressing pump for a while the engine of the vehicle
got started.
We are regularly complaining this problem during servicing or works at sonali
Auto and you may check it in records. The delay in start and vibration in vehicle
is reported.
We will like to draw your kind attention that we are reporting the problem
Since purchase of the vehicle and the problem and it was attended several
Times at your authorise service centre Sonali at Patna. But the problem has
Not resolve till date.
We are having a single vehicle and we have to visit frequently at different rural
Area in Bihar & Jharkhand. We have earlier faced very tough and dangerous
Situation as our vehicle suddenly stop in running condition and fail to start after
That. We have to stay hole night on highway with our risk of life.
As the problem has started again and we are felling totally unsafe as our life and
Assets are in risk due the this problem of vehicle as it may stop in running condition
At any time or at any place.

Mahindra — fuel flue problem
