[Resolved] Club Mahindra Resorts — False Promises Made to Customer | |||
Club Mahindra has invited me and my wife for a club mahindra promotion in Nov'11, on completion of presentation was offered a free holiday coupon and couple movie tickets. Only free holiday coupon was offered stating that its valid for 6 months. when Applied for it got a email from customer service team that its not valid and you can not avail holiday on these dates as you need to book holiday [even free holiday option] 6 months in advance. When coupon is given for 6 months how can we book holiday before 6 months? When complaint was made Club Mahindra representative Mr Prince told me this is the process and can complaint if required. what kind of service is this?
