I was call to kanpur bia call to collect my free gift certificate against your so call questionnaire quiz. For the same purpose I was reached their in very shout period of time in kanpur club mahindra office i was introduce about club mihindra but due to very shout period of tme constituent and thier advoice I was deposited Rs 5000/- in club mahindra kanpur and mony receipt they have given to me and they assured me that time if scheme is suit to me then I will continue other wise your mony will refund immediatly. whrn i was reached at my home i requested for retunrm my mony amount of Rs 5000- which was deposited in club mahindra. that time they assured me that the mony will return bia DD and sent to your given address but from last three year i am waiting my money. Many time i talk over phone in clubmahindra and email regarding refund my money every time they assure me that you will get your mony after discussion in the club mihindra company assure me rs 5000/- demond draft will reached your postal address very soon and still I am waiting

On the many time requested and one time personally met in clubmahindra offce for refunding my Rs 5,000/- (five thousand rupees only) which was deposited long back.

It it herby requested to you kindly see the matter vere urgent and carefully and help me to refund my Rs 5000/- as earliest
