[Resolved]  clubmore card — Not received clubmore permanent card

I have collected a paper Clubmore paper card no [protected] in 2009 duly filling all my details in the form prescribed at Anantapur. Not received permanent card till date and when today i made purchases from K.P.H.B more retail stores i astonished to note that all my clubmore points accrued on my purchases were not counted for the reasons best known to you and any Now I am shifted to the fallowing new address.

I have not received the permanent plastic card of Clubmore. Clubmore is a service provided by More supermarket.I have filled all details at one of supermarkets and got temporary paper card.I want my permanent card for Clubmore.
