I would like to register my complaint against karbon mobile company. I had bought a mobile on feb last yr and it stop working after 7 months and I sent it to service centre on 21 sept 2013 but still after 5 months I haven't got my phone back and yesterday they were offering me a mobile which is not mine and also not equal to my old phone irrespective of functionality and price. My mobil3 was worth of Rs 11000 and they are offering me mobile of Rs 5000 with less functionality. Please help me and suggest me what should I do.

I Mr. Deepak R. Hariya, owner of Maruti Suzuki SX4 AX (MH.05 BS 8388). I bought a Maruti Suzuki SX4 AX in December 2013 from Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd Plot No.2-8 Sector – 15 New Panvel which is a authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki.

Sir, Since before i like this company “Maruti Suzuki” &amp; all its products because of your terrific services &amp; products for any choice &amp; budget. I had Wagonr then Swift &amp; have swift desire also. This time I purchased SX4 AX Against exchange scheme from above mentioned authorize dealer. While purchasing, dealer offered me that if i purchase this model i.e. SX4 AX, he will provide me CNG kit worth Rs. 75, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) which Maruti Suzuki company has provided in SX4 VXI CNG Model For Free because this car, which i purchased was available with them in their showrrom since March’2013 &amp; they seem eager to sell it. After waiting for long they provided BRC CNG Kit but it seem there is some problem in that kit because as i was assured to get mileage, i am not getting that much, it seem to have leakage problem too &amp; Engine is getting over heated.

Sir would like to know that is BRC Kit provided by dealer is approved from Maruti Suzuki Company? Also can you provide an engineer from company to check this kit for my safety &amp; Assurance for loyal &amp; trustworthy customer?

Today[protected], I Visited at dealer’s place to discuss about this problem but Mrs. Neelima was too rude about this issue. She directly &amp; harshly said to adjust with same kit or will get Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) refund only against Rs. 75, 000/- (Dealer’s offer). Is this right that authorize dealer of such a limited company is behaving this way.

Waiting for your response or else will have to take legal action against dealer which somewhere will be against Maruti Suzuki Company, which I don’t like.

Hi, I am Ashfaq.

I had taken a refrigerator in one of the samsung outlets in Bangalore. The refrigerator cost me around 28000 Rs. It worked fine for 2 months. After that it started giving numerous problems. I complained to the customer care about it. So they came and they said they have fixed the refrigerator .
First Complaint was that it was making lot of Noise. Really lot of Noise. They said there is gas leakage and hence ice was getting blocking the fan and replaced the gas.
After getting repaired, then same problem after a week or so. Then they said leave the refrigerator open for few days and then we will fix it again. Then again they soldered GAS LEAKAGE again and filled gas again.
Then from past few months NO COOLING at all in the refrigerator at all. I complained again, every time they say they will send a senior technician, but they dont repair it. The Senior Technician comes to our home and he says he cannot fix it you will have to replace it. But Samsung is not ready to replace it.
I had asked for replacement, but they say there is no replacement for this product.
I MYSELF WORK IN SAMSUNG RESEARCH INDIA BANGALORE as an Lead Engineer(Android Mobile Division) and I am unable to get it resolved.
I have to call many times a week asking them to atleast repair it.
My Refrigerator warranty will get over in few months. Looks like they are playing games with me. Bcos once the warranty is over i have to pay for the repair also.

I have purchased a IFB washing machine model no: AW60-205T on 2-02-14 from a Gurgaon dealer. The machine is purchased in the name of my husband Mr. Aashish Kumar and is still under warranty. On[protected], we came across some burning smell while washing clothes. We immidiately turned it off and made a complaint to IFB customer service. The representative told us that the complaint will be answered in 48hrs, it has been 8 days and no one has come to our house to check the washing machine. I am calling there customer service everyday and even spoke to supervisor 3 times but everyday they tell me wait till evening and someone will visit your house but that has not happened so far. MUMBAI: The service tax department on Thursday arrested Ashok Kotwani, managing director of Ashco Niulab Industries Ltd, for Rs 4.64 crore evasion from April 2007-September 2013.

The company, which provides clinical testing and trial services for newly developed drugs and vaccines on human trial, has been collecting service tax from its clients, but was not depositing the same with the government.

Kotwani was involved in the daily operations of the company and was fully aware of the service tax liability, officials said. The department is also calculating the liability from October 2013.

The company has offices in Andheri (E) and Noida; the service tax department has already attached the Noida office to recover its dues.

The government had recently announced the voluntary compliance encouragement scheme, but a few companies still try to evade service tax, officials said.

The department had recently arrested Mohammed Choudhary of Honest Security Service, Rohit Talwalkar, director of Talwalkars Fitness Solution, Rajan Vasantkumar Dhruv of Orbit Enterprises and Prakash S Thevar of Captain Facility Services Pvt Ltd for evading service tax.

I am Mahesh Ramchandani belongs from Kutch Gujarat, I want lodge complaint against GEB in my area. The case was 3 months ago i give written Complaint in GEB to check my Energy Meter, because Energy bill suddenly raise 800/-rs in month its too much for a middle class family. After done complaint and pay Technician visit charge 130/-rs and get receipt. 3 months gone no one comes in my house to check Energy meter and every too months i am paying Appx. 1600/- rs Extra.

Last In 90 days . almost 50 days Me and my father take leave from office and Go the GEB office &amp; requested them to come house and check meter, but in GEB officer no one give responsed and always said that we don't have enough staff when we have time we will check i out, till you must pay bill your bills other wise collection department cut your connection.

This kind of getting response i complaint ( complaint no.[protected]/04/14 ) in RAJKOT GEB HEAD OFFICE, but they taking my complaint and give me contact no. of Technician of my area, when i called the same answer i got it. ( man power shortage )

I have booked a 3 BHK 2700 Sq. Ft flat at Emaar mg[censored]pcoming project EKANTAM at dwarka express way SECTOR 112 under for soft lunch/pre launch and paid an amount of Rs -15 Lakh(Fifteen lac only) by way of Cheque no. 399578 dated 07.02.2013.In this connection,

I wish to inform you that the above said flat was booked by me through your agent i.e All Check Deal India Pvt. Ltd by its sales Representative Mr. Ravi based on his categoric and firm assurance and promise on behalf of EMAAR that the project will be launched in Oct – Nov 2013 (around Diwali). Accordingly and more so since the project was scheduled to be launched around Diwali, 20103,

I decided to book a flat and deposited the money as noted above as condition for Pre -launch by way of Cheque No. 399578 dated 7.2.2013. However, it is regretted that in spite of lapse of more than 9 months, the project has not seen light of the day and has not been launched and the Company has totally defaulted in fulfilling the assurances/commitments given at the time of above said booking.

We have been closely following up with both Emaar Sales Department and also with ALL check deals sales / customer services
support who have not even cared to respond to our communications, both on emails and the follow up on telephones as well. In this connection, the latest communication is dated 6th June 2014.Based on the foregoing and having already suffered huge financial loss by way of interest etc.,

i have decided to withdraw from the Scheme as and I am not in a condition to withhold my money deposited anymore. I am therefore left with no alternative except to seek refund of the amount deposited with you along with interest immediately. Kindly arrange.

I invest in a policy of HDFC STANDARD LIFE on 31 Jan 2009 (Unit linked youngstar II ) Policy number 12589303,
(Installment of premium is 6000 /- half yearly)


The terms which HDFC LIFE is presenting to me is totally fake, only to sale there policy.
They told me to deposited installments minimum period for 3 years,


After 3 year I found fund values or policy investments gradually decreases, and amount becoming very less of my policy.

So I stop depositing installments after 3 years, ( also I am ensured as per HDFC spokesmen wordings.)


"as I already having one more policy running from 2008 of HDFC LIFE (pension plus). having same terms."


After 5 years I go to take what ever money remaining, as I invest 36000 in 3 years &amp; after 5 Years I am getting as per fund values .


BUT HDFC TEAM TOLD ME TO DEPOSITE 24000( Installments) + 6000( Extra late charge) = 30, 000 MORE, of remaining 2 Years.
IF I DON'T DO THIS THEN, DEDUCTION OF 5000 IS MANDATORY AS PER THERE NORM'S.. On amount of what ever I am getting from my Fund values.


Now plz suggest where is my fault..

Dear sirI have purchased insurance policy of dhfl pramerica for yearly premium of 12000 in the year 2010 I have paid 2 premium in two year amounting 24000.
As I had got an Information that company is not providing refund as per fund value. I filled redemption form for surrender of policy and company providing only 5000 instead of 13000 fund value. Company representative saying that it is procees fee for surrender but in bond there is no songle line about it. As per bond first year charge is 30 percent and in second year is 5 percent. As per this condition 15 thousand somthing should be refunded. But company providing 5 thousand something. As company gave me false imformation and making fool to customers.kindly help me to get full amount 24000 or as much as u media can.
