I beg to say that I am complaining agains't yu play god. I bought a mobile phone of yu "yuniqe" but after 2 week it doesn't work so, I complain its service centre to repair it they it doesn't repair it replace only and today after 3 months ago they do not replace my mobile phone and I spend 80-100 Rs every on its replacement of it. but they do not replace my mobile. so, I request you, that you help me on this matter.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am Mr. Rohit Y. Surana from Pune, Maharashtra.
I need support to resolve the issue of credit card from ICICI Bank, Bhandharkar Road, Pune, Maharashtra.
I was approached by bank for this CORAL Credit card wherein I have given all details to the bank.
However after a lot of time and enquiries they issued a card in September 2015.

The details of card dispatch was sent to me also by email.

After nearly 15-20 days of card receipt the card was blocked without any intimation form the bank.

When we enquired the branch they told us it was blocked because not paying the joining fee and it would be restarted immediately.

I have to face lot of inconvenience as I was travelling at that time and had no other immediate options with me.

But I somehow managed at that time.

After 1 month I also did not receive the bill statement on my registered email address.

I informed the bank by email but they kept on extending the date without any proper response.

After 3 months follow up finally they confirmed me that they have registered a wrong email address.

Actually we had communication from my registered email as test email to the bank when the request was under precessing which clearly means that the bank officials have registered wron email address and did never sent us the statement although we are following up since first month of card issuance.

When I received the statement in December 2015, they have levied late charges and interest for late payment.

We have asked the bank that since the statement as agreed was not sent to us and case was under follow up then there should not be any late charges or interest and asked them to reverse the same and send us the correct statement without late charges to enable us to make payment.

Again the bank officials kept on extending the matter .

They kept on confirming to me without any proof of sending the timely monthly statement.

1.Even if they send to wrong address there will be a bounce back email from administrator which thye purposely ignored.
2.There were aroubnf 10-15 emails as well as 10 calls ( all recorded) by which we did the follow up for the statement for nearly 3 months from October 2015 to December 2015 but the bank kept on delaying to response and resolve.,
3.The branck confirmed us sending the staement but neither there is any proof of hard copies been sent or received at my regsitered address nor any email copies which means they purposely delayed and caused trouble .
4.There was almost 2 months gaps after issuance of required document for credit card application wherein all details were verified but telephonically as well as physically by the bank but even then they are not ready to accept the mistake happened from them.
5.Bank never sent any sms during card blokcgae during first month without any due neither confirmed dispatch of card statement or confirmation of registered email on our registered mobile number which means they have purposely tried to create the issue.

Please help resoilve this issue with ICICI Bank, Pune

On evening of 29th December, 2015, I made an online payment of INR 1399 to Flipkart for one Zebronics TV Tuner.
I did not get the order ID and on enquiry, I was told that the order will not be executed and money will return to the bank account within 7 days.
After going through my bank statement and finding no refund, I called up several times to customer support.
Till 22nd January, I was not allotted a complaint ID. I was told that I had never contacted the customer care. Upon my insistence, they allotted incidence ID, intimated through mail and asked for the payment reference for which I provided them with my statement of accounts. It was promised that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours.

Nothing happened and I again had to contact customer care and told the story to 4 people as their automated process intervened frequently and call snapped.
In the mean time, I sent at least 4 mails which are copied to [protected]@flipkart.com (supposed to be the CEO of Flipkart) believing that he can intervene in the interest of his company.

Please help me and let me know if you need any further. The purpose of this mail is to educate customers regarding unscrupulous ecommerce companies and their means of cheating gullible customers.
I am Nipun jain from ambala city.I purchased a samsung refrigerator in 25 feb2016 last 3-4 days the refrigerator not cooling properly then I contact Samsung service center and service boy come next day.I tell the problem of cooling they check the refrigerator they tell there is a leakage in fridge compartment I told him to replace the refrigerator.service boy told me they will only repair.They fill the gas but I said no to service boy because only one month goes refrigerator giving problem and there has not guaranty that next time there is not a leakage problem ..
Please help me for this trouble

business category क्या है business category हर business करने वाले के sale tax licence पर लिखी होती है जो आप सबूत के तोर पर लेकर उसका कार्ड बनाते हो .
Jewllers, Mobile shop, electronics, cloth marchents, Service Man, etc, सभी kirana (Grocery) & confectionary ही कैसे purchase कर सकते है और उन्होंने kirana (Grocery) & confectionary purchase करके resale कहाँ किया इस तरह से आप ने छोटे दुकानदारों को बिल्कुल ख़त्म ही कर के रख दिया जिस कारण मैं Attention में चला गया और मैं अब बीमार रहने लग गया. और रोजी रोटी को लाचार बन कर रह गया इसलिए मुझे Rupees 2 crore का Demand Draft हरजाने के तौर पर मेरे नाम से Notice मिलने के बाद 15 दिनों के अन्दर अन्दर मेरे address पर भेज देवे अन्य था मुझे court का सहारा लेना पढ़ेगा.

I regularly watch the TV show Paheredar on CNBC. It is indeed a great step towards changing the current system of our country.
I am writing this email to you as we didn't get proper responses and services from Samsung.

Sir I have purchased Samsung A.C. 2 ton on 18th May 2015. On the same day indoor unit had some problems so they have exchanged indoor unit on that day and since then I am facing continuously problems in that unit.

In last one year I have almost gave more than 10 complaints and more than 40 phone calls regarding the problems and ten times their engineers have visited. And there was the main problem reported by us was that we face a cooling problem. We didn't get it even if we put our AC on 16 degree temperature.

Within one year they have filled gas once again, then fan was replaced and now they are asking to replace other parts also. That too at our cost.

We had asked them to give us feedbacks submitted by their engineers to us but they are not providing the same and currently our problem is not at all solved after one year till date.

So we have demanded to replace the unit with the new one. But they are not cooperating at all.

I have attached some of the proofs for your reference and we have high hopes from you and CNBC to help us.

The sound of the already installed music system (i.e infotainment system with apple car play) is not proper it seems that the speakers are damaged it is the worse sound i have ever observed in any car and i visited the workshop twice and expert team also visited my place but they saying that it is the problem of all ciaz zxi+but still i m facing the same problem and if we are spending Rs 1000000 and purchasing ZXI+ variant how can we expect the low quality of music system in the car this is my last mail to concern authority after that i m going to park the car in front of the concern show room and appeal to the next authority and lodge complaint in consumer court becauce its more then month is over but except the moral support i m getting nothing from the concern dept.

Sir i m totally disappointed with the car and accessories provided so .

Reliance digital से कोई भी भाई बहन सामान नहीं खरीदे कोई भी technical support नहीं है
Reliance digital वाले कोई भी सामान पर company की service नहीं देती है इनकी third party service होती है जोकि reliance की खुद की है उसमें कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं होती है मैंने 14 अप्रैल को Fridge खरीद की जो कि ठंडी नहीं हो रही है मैं service center में complain करके परेशान हूं लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है इसलिए मैंने आप सबको सावधान करने के लिए लिखा है कि मैं बेवकुफ बन गया, और कोई भाई के साथ ऐसा नहीं
मेरे fridge की inner body भी इनके technician के खोलने और बन्द करने में क्रेक हो गई है Resq team इस बात को भी नहीं मान रहे हैं और धमकी दे रहे हैं कि फिर हम कुछ नहीं करेंगे

This is in reference to the merchandise which I brought from Thane, pantaloons store, Viviana mall on 13oct 2019
Ibrought a green dress from AND brand to gift it tosome which costed me around 5000INR
Due to some problem in product or system that I don't know their system couldn't scan barcode of that dress so staff there names varsha exchanged the label of that dress with another dress manually
That time only I felt something fishy I asked her there should not be any problem in exchange she said no problem will be there u can exchange till 3 months
Then within 3 days I brought that dress for color exchange they behavved very rudely to me and said they won't exchange now stating that the dress has been used.
I have not even touched that manually altered labels or barcode which they did during billing without that how can someone use that
And if it comes to altered merchandise then this merchandise had already lost its originality while billing-as they did exchange label or barcode of another dress to it so how can I keep this altered merchandise to gift

I hope u understand my problem and resolve it quickly
