GUESS PURSE — UNSATISFACTORY REPLY

I got a guess purse from my husband for Christmas. After the busy period of Christmas, I started using this purse in January and after opening it a few times, discovered that everything felll out of a certain pocket in the purse. Thinking that it was a faulty purse and stitched on the incorrect side, I went back to the Guess shop at Eastgate to explain the situation. They told me that it was a "lefthanded" purse. I have never heard of that. I demonstrated to them what happens when opening the purse and was told that they would discuss it with the managaress the next day. I had to phone them again and eventually just got an SMS informing me that they had spoken to the Operational Manager who said they cannot exchange the purse as it had been used (obviously it has been used that is how I discovered the problem) and they would not be able to sell it again. I am very unhappy about this as these purses are not cheap. Who do I need to speak to now to get some satisfaction.

I have taken home loan from SBI recently. While fulfilling the obligations by signing on the loan disbursement form, executives of SBI shrewdly taken my signature to have GROUP INSURANCE POLICY. When I read the copy in the evening, I came to know of this instance. On this, when I approached them next day to withdraw my consent and told about the hurriedness that the concerned person was showing day before while completing the form, they said that the amount of Rs.28, 000/- had been debited yesterday only from your SBI Account.

I request you to kindly suggest me the way, so that I can withdraw the group insurance policy, as I am having sufficient assets to support myself to repay the loan. I know about the pros and cons of Group Insurance Policy.

Shankara Group — Fraud regarding educational loan

They promised me educational loan and asked for Rs 20,000/- as processing fee but even after submitting the amount they did not transfer the loan amount to my account. After that they are not even picking up the phone and they seem to be lost. I am in utmost need of an educational loan but now I don't know how to trace them out.

BB Storm 9530 — Unable to avail all my high end services

Its really getting very difficult for me to activate my 3G n all internet related services. i have just been calling every where my network ppl BB helpline and god knows where all, all of them have bn just transferring the calls to each other, after going tru such an havock finally came to know the reason that my handset is not a registered one n will have to visit a blackberry service centre to get it manually registered and moral of the story is after having the solution m not having time to visit the centre due to lack of time. I am having Tata Sky connection since more than 2 years in our building. Because of the Unproper & not upgraded technology we are unable to see the TV mainly in the rainly seasons for 1/2 hrs or more at a time. The complaints are being lodged But since last 10 days no one is attending.

To surprise when there sales person comes, they talk about new products such as HD set top box. UPON CONFIRMATION FROM THEM THAT JUST BY CHANGING SET TOP BOX, YOU NEED NOT PAY ANYTHING TOWARDS YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION & YOU CAN ENJOY THE SAME. I paid 2500 to Mr Kishore of Tata Sky on 20th Aug & on 21 st they came for
installation of new set top box & started the channels in HD.
Suddenly I rcvd a message that your monthly subsription is due on 2nd & not on 8th which otherwise is my regular date, I was shocked. I called the tatasky toll free & lodged the complaint on 26th aug. They disconneted my HD as they said it costs 75/- month(1st time I was being infromed about HD charges). I called Mr Kishore to take back my HD se top box immediately & return my old normal set top box as I am not intererested in anything from tata sky. as it was a pure case of GIMMICK OF SALES & CHEATING .

NO ONE TILL DATE IS RESPONSIVE (I.E 31.8.11)
This issue highlights the services of Tata Sky & cheating of clients by hiding the facts

i agree for this then Nokia keep my mobile phone still 6 days then i call Nokia care for my mobile phone status but Nokia care service executive told me i forgot that i call you and he told me it was hardware problem.
then he told me some major problem in your device it will be sent to Nokia company (Delhi), and charges of it repairing is 9000 Rs .
please tell me sir how can i spent this much of money because my mobile phone is in under warranty.

after i receive my mobile from from Nokia care center and i went to other Nokia care center for my mobile problem . other Nokia care center checked and told me some internal parts was missing in your device and some mobile internal parts was broken due to unskilled service men repairing.
i was email Nokia care center but Nokia care center was not respond my issue .
dear sir my Nokia mobile phone cost was 17800 Rs on dated17/05/2011, and repairing cost was 9000 Rs, how can i except it.
