i write this against my problem regarding the purchase made by me on an online shopping site named timtara of one sony ericsson neo v mobile phone for rs. 14550 and one strontium memory card of value rs.300 i have not received any of the two prodoucts yet and made my complaint with timtara by uncountable time throuh mail and by calls also on which i have made with huge expense of my phone bill than also they are not giving me any response there customer care service helpline does not provide me with any satisfactory repl. i have made an order on 27april 2012 but have not received it yet on 27th may they have mailed me that they have shipped my order and it will reach me by 2nd june through an courier service named bluedart with a trackin number-[protected] and in this regard i made contact to bluedart that i have not received my shipment than in this regard they said me that the the product is lost in shipment and they have made an clarification with timtara that they will send me the product again so i tried to contact timtara for this but they are not giving me any response in this regard i made an complaint with timtara having complaint number-32438 for an xperia neo V mobile phone which they said is lost in shipment and one memory of 8gb strontium is also not delivered to me on which i have also made an complaint number 32442 . i am really disappointed and want your guidance with help regarding this matter and pls help me in this matter to avail me with my product. pls help me in this matter i need your assistance.

I rajeNDra mALi o[censored]daipur, rajasthan have given my mobile wave 2 to service centre on 24/7/12 for updating the mobile with new update. AND when i got my mobile i checked AL option ND than after 2 -3 days i got my frNDs cALl ND i wanted to save the contact .then after i was unable to save the contact (the portion of the screen on which the save option is visible it was nt working ND then i said to service centre ND he said il do ND he just gone through that problem ND he was unable to make it ok then he answered hll seND then mobile to jaipur for resolving the problem . Then i waited til 7 days ND then he replyed that there is hardware problem in the mobile ND i[censored] repair the cost is aprox 4500 for new lcd then i replied just give my mobile will old version then in tht every thing was absoutly fine but my camera was not working . Then i tALked to the manager of samsung udaipur branch, he said hll try to instALl old software aND he dint replyed till 5 days aND on 14 augst i maked a cALl to manager he said there is a hardware problem . Then when i said il contact consumer court then he replyed do what ever u want then i made a cALl to samsung customer care they replyed sevice centre is right. at last i want to convey that i give my mobile in a well coNDition . Nd they are saying its hardware problem, before giving for update my mobile was working very well

To add to it further, initially I had conversation with Mr. Neeraj regarding this service. He told me about the benefits of service. When I went into the details, he transferred the call to his senior Mr. Ram Kishan. I talked to him for long and the following points were confirmed form him:
1. I would be getting a relationship manager whose role would be arrange interviews for me. 10-15 interviews would be scheduled in 30 days.
2. These are hidden jobs which are not available in market. Relationship Manager would go through my resume and do the necessary modification in it, if required as per the company's requirement.
3. All Relationship Managers are having experience of 30-35 years and have served the companies earlier. Due to this, they have strong links there and surely have a push into the selection.
4. My current CTC is Rs. 4.50 lacs p.a. As per Mr. Ram Kishan, it's very low. He also advised me to show my CTC between 6 - 6.50 lacs p.a. so that I can get a package of 8. When I asked him about verifications, he assured me that verification will be only about my experience with present company, not about CTC.
On the basis of above points, I asked him to give a call on next day to tell my decision, Next day, i got a call from Neeraj and I asked him about the points discussed with Ram Kishan. He asked me to arrange a call back from Ram Kishan. After some time, I got call from Ram Kishan and I asked him for confirmation of all benefits as discussed point by point. he confirmed me again and said that there won't be any kind of discrepancy in it not even 1%. i again asked him about the role of relationship manager and he again confirmed what he told the day before. After satisfying, I asked him to arrange a call back from Neeraj to go ahead for payment process. Neeraj called me and I completed the payment process.

Now, when I got a call from you yesterday mentioning that you have been appointed as my relationship manager, you told me that we don't provide any kind of assurance for scheduling interviews and also there won't be any push for selection if I crack the interview myself. If this is the case, what is the benefit of this service? Job openings are already there on job site, i also get mail from consultancies. further, if you talk about companies profile and HR contact nos., it can be very easily got form Google. Also, as per your voice you don't seem to be a person having 30-35 years of experience.because that guy should be ageing around 60 years.

Now, after this contradiction of words between you and Ram Kishan I want to cancel my services and get my money back immediately. Please go through your process and help me to get my money.back. if this is not the case, i have to personally visit your office in NOIDA, Sec-16, Film City, Noida to discuss with the management and if needed, i will give a written complaint against these two persons.

I hope the matter would be resolved from your end only and these things won't be needed. Thanks a lot for your corporation in advance. I hope to get your reply very soon in this matter.

Further, I have called them 4 times on the customer care and every time, they assured me that I will get a call from mr. Abhinav/Kuldeep regarding the same and matter will be sorted out. After a lot of requests and reminders, there is no one to take care of my query. I bought a SONY DRC 29 inch TV from ADITYA VISION, Patna, Bihar vide receipt no.032391 dtd.22.03.2006 for Rs.46500/-. Since inception the TV had been giving trouble for which it was sent to SONY Service Centre multiple times. The snag recurred again and again. Now it is being told by the service centre that parts are not available hence 25% discount will be provided by SONY on purchase of new TV. I fail to understand as how this will suffice.
To my understanding defective products needs to be replaced free of cost or repaired. I may be left with the liberty to purchase any brand after getting 100% refund for the defective product whereas the Company is insisting to again purchase its brand at 25% discount which otherwise (discount) is also available in the market during festive season. Indirectly Company is denying refund and whatever product I chose to buy from SONY will be given to me on MRP whereas handsome discounts are already available on SONY brand in the market.
This is a clear cut case of cheating and comes in the purview of MRTPC Act. Please take up the matter at appropriate level to help me out from this situation where I feel cheated.

Dear CNBC Awaaz Paharedaar, I Shamsher Singh from Bangalore want to complaint against GE Money (Maruti Countrywide Auto Financial Service Ltd). I took a car loan Loan acct no.[protected] in Oct 2005 and I paid full loan back to then via post dated cheques of my PNB account. No cheque was got bounced till date. They used to collect PDCs from me every year. Now I am asking NOC from them, but they are asking Rs.6000+ penalty for the two cheques were presented late in my account by them only. I have maintained sufficient balance in my account. If their staff collected PDC late from me and presented late in my account, them How I can bear the penalty of late payment. I hv sent all scanned copy of my bank passbook showing all cheques cleared from my account for their reference. still I am not getting any response from them.

I am Shamsher Singh Ex Air Force from Bangalore. I want to bring my compliant against GE Money in your notice and want to get solved at the earliest.
I took a car loan from GE Money (Maruti Countrywide Auto Finance Service) in Oct 2005. I have paid full loan via post dated cheques given to GE money every year without any dishonor or Bounces.
Now I am asking NOC of my CAR LOAN, but they are asking penalty of 6231/- by telling that two time my cheques got delay in presenting to bank. Whereas presenting cheques to my acct was the duty of them, not mine, from my side only I could do that I have maintained good balance in my account, which I have done. in last five years no cheque was bounced.
How can I pay the penalty for which no fault of mine.
