MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN MY VOLKSWAGEN POLO CAR.
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Volkswagen polo car on 25th August 2011 from Bhasin Motors South Ex. Delhi. Since the very first day there had been one defect or the other. On 31.08.2011 after driving just 198 KM within five days of the delivery of car I faced a problem in the meter of the car as it constantly showed a signal that the hand break is up when in actual the hand brake was down . I took the car to the workshop of Volkswagen where they accepted the fact that there is a defect in the meter, they issued a job card and kept the car for whole day. The car was delivered to me with the assurance that the said defect has been rectified.
Than interestingly again on 10.03.2012 another defect in the car occurred when the air conditioning of the car had a problem. I took the car again at the workshop wherein the company again accepted the defect in the air conditioning. They again issued a job card and kept the car till the evening and delivered the car back, again assuring that the defect has been rectified. I with the false assurance that all the defects has been rectified took the delivery.
That to my utter surprise I had gone to Alwar, Rajasthan on 7th august 2012 .While driving back to Delhi i suddenly heard a noise in the engine. I rightly stopped the car and called up the company helpline number and a tow away van was arranged and it took my car to Dhingra motors Gurgaon one of the authorized workshop of Volkswagen. The car meter again didn’t showed any kind of signal of fault. Next day Mr. Ganesh a supervisor called me saying that the oil chamber of the car is broken and there is no engine oil in the car. I told Mr. Ganesh that the car meter never showed any kind of signal of Fault/ low engine oil status . It was only after I heard the noise I immediately stopped the car. But the company didn’t accepted their fault and forced me to take an insurance claim to repair the car as the cost of the damages were very high. For approx. a month I requested the company to repair my car and deliver it to me as it was again a manufacturing defect in the car signal of the meter but to the utter surprise the company didn’t bothered to take a care of it.I wrote more than 20 mails to their head office in germany but surprisingly they replied me by saying that I am from INDIA and it is not possible for them to take care so they told me to contact their india office. Sir in the job card dated 8th august 2012 is also annexed in which the company has clearly mentioned that “the oil chamber found damage, no engine oil in the car and no warning in idle starting condition”.
So finally after a lot of harassment I have filed a case against the company in Consumer Court Delhi.
Sir, I bought this car for Rs. 6, 06, 930/- with my hard earned money and since three months my car is standing in their workshop. Sir my car is still under warranty.
This is my humble pray to you to kindly help me as I am suffering heavy loss in the absence of my car.

I wanted to tell you about yebhi.com. This is the first time I have purchased a product from this site. Product No: YBH2558734. They are not at all relaiable. They have rubbish customer support team. There products gets struck in Sales Tax Department and the customer is not at all informed about the same. They give false hopes of getting the product delivered on the proposed business days. They have lack of customer dealing skills and we cannot trust on them. Its a waste of money, time and trust for buying a product from this disgusting online shoppingyebhi.com.
Their customer support executives cut our call and are not at all bothered for tracking the status of the product.

After Reading Policy Document, We Informed (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) him to Transfer Invesrment in Single Premium mode but given wrong and illegal information and Cheated us by making false procedures on our behalf on documents.


Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi has not transferred (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) our investment on Single Premium mode by giving false promises rule etc. that way he spoiled our free look period by which loss of policy 4th year 10 % surrender charges which is huge amount of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- on our investment.

In December 2011, we approached for complete withdrawal of our investment policy but Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi (Designation - ESM work at Reliance Life Insurance office : B/104 & 105, Swaminarayan Avenue, Near AEC Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380001, Gujarat.) Informed us do not withdraw complete investment policy and informed to wait upto December 2012 with full interest on our investment but till date. We have not heard anything from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi not from company in writing.

We are surprised to know that our investment of Rs.10, 00, 000/- (Three lakhs Rupees) Policy has been discontinued wef. December 2011 and wef December 2011 hence we request you to Consider Maximum Bank Interest rate wef. December 2011 to till date and send money back urgent with maximum Bank Interest rate on all policy fund value urgently.

After Maturity of Investment Plan, It is mandatory of the compney to pay to the Customer a big Amount with maximum Bank Interest rate due to Negligence of duty of office.

In view of above facts and circumstances, we request you to kindly pay investment amount on Single Premium mode policy with Dec 2011 to till date at maximum Bank Interest rate the earliest.

This is to inform you that i have couple of grievances against tata tele communications.

1)The first issue is that i had a post paid corporate connection ([protected]), as i an going out of state i requested tata docomo centre in technopark trivandrum(Teshjaswani building ) to close my sim but i was told that your sim could could only be closed if you take another sim from us.They also told me that the new sim which they will give me would be closed in 10 days.What is this cheap ways to complete targets.Its an integrity issue happening.

2)I had a prepaid tata connection as well ([protected]). On 10th Nov i did online top up in this number from icici net banking for rs.200.I wanted only top up but your people have activated some plan with that amount.The plan is 10MB data per day and 325 min local n std call but i was not looking for some plan.I did simple top up then why this plan got activated.I guess this is also to complete targets right.With this number [protected] i have not made a single call since 10th nov.

Please help me out in this.

I would like your attention towards the services what we are getting from Kotak Securities since[protected],


I have open equity trading acct with Kotak securities dated[protected] with Demat acct no 15968235 in name Anil Chaturvedi & Mudita Chaturvedi) and Client id 1EZK0 . The person taken signature at all agreement documents.It is my mistake i have not asked for copy of agreement as he is sent by my close friend.But after several request over mail I have got agreement copy 2 months back. The day I started trading i have purchased excess quantity of equity stock and for the same I am unable to pay at time, he suggested me there is no harm except Kotak securities charge 23% interest annual over the debit quantity. I started playing over the same. As per kotak securities rule they square of my debit position after 4th day anytime and they follow the same rule. But after debit position get clearup . The next I was seen debit charged 10 to 15 thousand or more debit in my acct when i ask at there customer care or the person advisor alloted to me they are unable to specify the clear reason also within debit position whatever trading profit i earned mostly disappear does nt shown but loss always . I started lossing my money from biginning and due to recovery I start borrowing money from my father /relatives they(Kotak Securities) started taken advantage for the same . Reason fr the same till dated most of time I played in debit amount at current I am at huge debit of 9 lacs(+) and out of which I have to pay my relatives 7 lacs the principle amount . I have several time asked to Kotak customer care they only confirm the 23% and Brokerage charge and Service tax charge at debit amount and sale purchase of stock but I have always charge huge excess amount after clearing debit position or within at my trading acct . They doesnot provided clear picture or consolidated statement only they asked me to watch at there provided Keatprox software which is very much complicated .

Therefore my request with you and you are the only team which can recover the amount by clearly watching my till dated trading acct 1Ezk0 as I know NSE and SEBI the body which are supported by the Brokerage company and never get clearup the cheated amount of my from Kotak Securities . Also tried I should get amount cheated with interest and penalty till dated .I am living my life like a hell due to such issue.

They have cheated me since biginning at bebit charged 23% but after debit clearance a major debit reflected which they never explain the reason as well as in the mean time if i earn any trading profit will also not shown certain times.

Please help us in this matter (recovering the amount from Kotak Securities I will be very much thankful for your support.

When Mail the matter to Yatra .com they said the transaction is declined, talk with your concerned Bank(SBI), when mailed the matter to SBI they also put the matter on the Online transaction Agengy (CC Avenues) that they are delealing with it we have no link in between and when forward the same matter to CC Avenues they said they have forwarded the money to the concerned merchant ie Yatra .com but Yatra .com given the mail showing the failed Transaction details but CC Avenue did not give the reply on that regard . i donot know who is telling truth . I have left the matter on you Guys please help me in this regard so that the money got reflected back in my account.
