Dear sir,
I have purchased a pair of chhaples (Article code. 6745828) on
26/09/2012 vide Cash memo No.[protected]/1/0011…03042 for Rs. 1499.
From your BATA SHOE STORE, 218-219, Bapu Bazar, Udaipur.
That Article was returned by me to stores against replacement for
manufacturing defects and I thank you that article was replaced on
16/11/2012 vide cash memo Sl.No. 03042/3042. As the same article was
out of stock they had given me article bearing code no. 67343646 &
57151196.
I am sorry to say that after few days the article no. 67343646 was
again having the same manufacturing defect as was in the previous one,
so I took the article to the store within time limit of 60 days and
requested them to replace this also. The sales man taken the article
and told me to come after 15 days, so after few days when I was in
Udaipur I went to the store and asked the salesman for replacement.
Then he took me to the Manager and Manager told me that we replace a
article once only and after that there is no claim is paid, and he
returned me the article without replacement and also he has not given
any thing in writing.
Now I request your good self to kindly look in to the matter and
replace the article otherwise I have no option other than to go to
Consumer court and in the media (Paheredar od CNBC chanel)

I am writing this as I am sick and tired of calling HTC customer care and service Center people.. I am tired of false promises which have been made by both. Never knew that the brand like HTC couldn’t be so careless and service can be so pathetic. I bought HTC Desire V last Dec. and still hold warranty on it.
I have to submit my phone at service center located at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi (Operated by TVSE) on 10th of Sep and I was informed that mother board needs to be replaced to fix the phone. I was informed of maximum time of 7-10 days . Having no choice, I submitted hoping I may get before this committed time as that is the maximum time taken to repair a handset.
I had been regularly calling to service center to check the status and I was promised till Saturday that my phone will be fixed by last Tuesday 18th of Sep, I was shocked when I called up on Tuesday to confirm the same, When I was informed that there is going to be more delay as 40 Mother board received were Dead on arrival and they couldn’t fixed any of the phone of same model. Now by Service center I have been informed that I will get my phone by next Monday or within this week and by HTC customer care this will take up to 12 more day and expected date is 27th of Sep.
I have been contacted several time during this period to Service center people and to HTC customer care where I never got a satisfactory reply from them, I have spoke to Supervisor named Santosh who was least interested in solving my issue and disconnected the call when couldn’t not answer of the question I put across and didn’t even bother to call me back. I spoke to Manager named Mirtul ( May be spelled wrong) who tried his level best proving HTC is not at fault and held everything against me saying that this is the time period a customer may expect when they submit their devices, I can’t just explain t kind of customer service I have been offered by first point contact in customer care.
Being a brand HTC should be having some decency reducing the repair time as I don’t think that more than 15 days time is fare to repair a small phone or it can be justified when the other Brand ( Must Mention SAMSUNG) can fix any smart phone in next 4 days.
I even wrote several mails to HTC on [protected]@htc.com where I just got reply saying they will get back to me in 24-48 Hrs but no one contacted me yet.
I have been going through this kind of harassment since I submitted my device and talking to HTC customer care for Hrs has caused me a lot of metal stress. I feel being cheated after spending a pretty good amount for this kind of service. All I can say that I am never going to recommend HTC to anyone and HTC can never restore my trust.
I have all the relevant document (Bill and Job sheet and mail I sent to HTC) available so please let me know what I need to do.

I am not sure if any one is looking at post sales part of tradus. Because there seems to be lot of issues with this team. Tradus provides the pathetic service. There were 2 orders given for 2 wall clocks each with order numbers 11165525_01 and 11165525_02 which was ordered on[protected]:24:03 and delivered on[protected]. The order was for 2 wall clocks each in each order total 4. However when the order was delivered, there were only 3 wall clocks and one was damaged completely.

To our dismay, courier person from Aramex was not ready to take the responsibility of it. He was blaming it on Tradus and tradus team dont have any contact numbers or anyone to escalate it to. Even i[censored] escalate, u will receive an email saying they will revert which never happens.

This experience is not new to me as there was one more order which was placed by me previously on[protected]:22:36, for a set of 3 T shirts (Softwear Mustard-Olive Green-Beige Tees Pack Of 3), however the color was different from what it was seen online and hence I had to get them replaced. When requested for replacement, a courier person came and collected the T-shirts, and from then onwards there is no response. I have been complaining multiple times with the tradus team. The whole team has decided to keep quite and ignore any complaint from customers.

i purchased sony LED tv (model no KDL40EX520 IN5) of rs.55, 200 from croma, ghaziabad. even before the expiry of one year warrenty period, tv screen started giving problems and soon after expiry, AV quality of LED tv has been deteriorated substantially, sharpness of the picture has been lost and color fading away.
the compalin to above malfuctioning was lodge with sony authorized service center, Noida on 11 september 2013. service engineer has sttented on the site next day and informed that LED tv has to be taken to the workshop for rectification of above mention defect. subsequently, an estimate of Rs. 2, 500/- was given to conform.
then HARDLY AFTER 2 DAYS, THE SCREEN HAD BEEN BLACK OUT, AGAIN COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AND SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED OUR PLACE, desired to carry LED TV to workshop for repair.
AFTER FEW DAYS, THE SERVICE CENTRE INTIMATED AN ESTIMATE APPROXIMATELY OF RS.10, 000/ on the ground that its motherboard has to be replaced. then i refused to pay due to frequent problems of LED tv .
it is surprising that the complaint lodged in sony India ltd on 8th november 2013 and thereafter another complaint on 11 november 2013 at customer care toll free number, both remained unrespondented till the date even though it was assured to revert back in two working days but so far no response has been received.
EVEN WHEN WE SPOKE ON 15 NOVEMBER 2013 AT CUSTOMER CARE, WE WERE SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO RECORD WITH RESPECT TO OUR PERVIOUS COMPlAINTS.
all we have to say that in the name of service support, we felt cheated and received a substandard product whereas life spent of such product is rated as 5-7 years.
in the given state of economy and GDP in India, it is unexpected that a normal employee would spend 55, 000/- for one year service that to a branded, worldwide known sony product for their quality assurance and customer service support.

My cell phone went dead all of a sudden when got wet in normal rain when was in my pocket. When

I approached the service center for rectification of the problem, I was told that it was damaged due to

water contamination in the device. When asked how they had to a conclusion, I was told that the litmus

went red and may be some of my lock was open when it got wet. I told them that all the locks were

closed but I was not entertained and passed to a person name Chaitanaya of sales Pune.

Even he came with the same statement and did not entertain me; rather made sarcastic comments on

the bad phase to lose equipment is making me argue. I told him that I had a back panel on my phone

so there was no chance of even the locks to open automatically.

Now my Situation is all the locks of my phone were perfectly closed, some of the slots were not even

opened from the day I brought the cell phone i.e. Memory card and Sim card slots. When the phone

was in my pocket even the Charger and Head Phone slot was closed and even at this state water has

entered. The phone was guarded by a back panel so there is no chance of opening in the pocket.

How did the water get in and how did litmus of all the slots turned red all of the sudden and even of

those which were never open from day one.

How can anyone gauge and blame me for keeping the slots open (that also all) on a litmus paper

test. The service or replacement policy of the company is weak and bias towards the consumer. If

the company makes a phone which is water resistant and gets a certificate from some institute, then

why is not every phone sold with a demonstration at the time of purchases. Vehicle manufacturer

demonstrates any type of new technology used in their vehicles.

Once a box is opened at a dealer the phone is considered as brought. When we fall in such a situation

when the things should apply and they fail, we are gauged on litmus paper test.

It is very clear that there was a manufacturing defect in my equipment and which lead water to enter

my device.
It is my right to get value for money what I spend and get paid for all the things committed.

They took photo graph of my cell phone when complatit and sent me a copy of the warrenty commitment with out setelling the issue.

3) after waiting more than 4 day. i never revived my amount back.

4)then at 2 November again called to 198 .and there is pr. prathmesh attended my call and put me on hold and never talk to me and solve my problem.

5)after that i again dialed 198 and this time mr sagar attended my call and said that due to call forwarding my amount is deducted.
and i said i have recharge of 399 pack where rim cdma to smart gsm service all call s are unlimited .and i forwarded my call from cdma [protected] to [protected] smart gsm services.
then why it will deducted.

6)then he forwarded my call to his senior officer mr amol .who said me that we charge for call forwarding .then i asked that okay you charged but how much for single call rs 40 .then he said yes to talk that minutes .and ur complain has short out and never give u back any amount.

7)then i said i am not that much of foolish who talked about continuous 80 minutes in my no to my gsm no.then he never replied .after that i asked please give me ur boss no for this problem then he put me on hold and never attended my call back

My Name is Vipin Kumar I had purchased HTC Desire X from Snapdeal on 30-Oct-2013 Order number: [protected]/suborder no. [protected] and the product received with invoice no. DE3B63/13/14/11019 was received on 6-Nov-2013.

The product box delivery was empty and not according to specification package mentioned on Snapdel webpage. I had raised issue against it on same day 6-Nov-2013 having complaint number 3819861. And it was said by customer service the product action would take 48hrs and have the proper product. But still today its 9-Nov-2013 i did't have received any proper response/the product.

This is very disgusting situation for me.

If the issue cannot be resolved, just cancel the order and refund at the earliest. Else I have go for further action.

With due Respect. I Rakesh Manocha from Yamuna Nagar ( Haryana), purchased a new car swift on 21 July 2012 with insured by National insurance company and after few months my car met with an minor accident but that time i was not satisfied with the claim and company terms and behavior towards customer and i decided to renew my policy to another company.
Now 9 days prior to insurance expires i directly went to UNITED INDIA INSURANCE PVT LTD and i told to the person i want 0 DEBT POLICY and he made it and didnt say anything like previous insurance claim or whatever. Moreover i am also not aware that time the terms of previous claim benefits and all that and agent make a hand written insurance in my hand without say any word and i came back to home.
after 2 or half months my car again met with an accident on date 29 AUGUST 2013 and i talk to the agent and as whatever he said i do and finally the car automobile repair my car and i made the payment that is 42260.00 Rs by cash. and when i came back insurance company do not give me the claim and harassing me from various things. i tried hard to resolve the issue and nobody took pain to hear grievances of a student. when i tried to explain my my point, they started harassing me.

My complaint is that i have purchased a sony bravia LCD on 17 may 2009 worth Rs 18000, in the same year it got problem in it of no power then i take it to the service center they got it repair in 1 year of warranty and in the same year it got fault of no power three times then in the 2nd year again it got same problem now that time it was out of warranty so company charged me around Rs 4200. Nw it comes the 3rd year from the date of purchase and again it got the same problem of no power now this time company provided me the part free of cost but they have charged me the service chagre Rs 440. And after 7-8 months it again got falut in it with the same problem and now company is charging me Rs 4600 that i cant afford now.
