DELAY IN TRANSFER OF RATION CARD

I APPLIED FOR RATION CARD TRANSFER ON AP ONLINE SERVICE ON 13/01/2011.AFTER ONE MONTH I WENT FOR A VERIFICATION TOO.BUT UP TO NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY TRANSFERRED RATION CARD. MY TRANSACTION I.D. IS "T1122123559",AND APPLICATION NO IS "RFR0113506369".
PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO GET MY TRANSFERRED RATION CARD .
