I Roja Jose w/o Jose Michael had applied for 400 shares of coal india vide application no:4954807 dt.20/10/2010. Alongwith a cheque no 043835 for an amount of Rs.98000/- dtd. 20/10/2010

drawn on Syndicate bank,sector-24, Noida.

The cheque has been duly cleared from my account on 26.10.2010.

I have neither recd. any shares nor the refund till date.

My dp Id is IN 300118

client Id is 10848745

Application was submited at KOTAK Securities Ltd, New Delhi.

kindly check the form i had submitted and kindly arrange to send the refund to my bank account at the earliest.

Karvy Stock Broking Ltd — Coal india IPO Applications NOT IN BID

i have applied for Coal India IPO but i have no recd any shares. The reason for not alloting the shares by Company & resigtrar was Application NOT IN BID. i have lost Rs. 24000/- due to Karvy error. So i want compensation for the same. Please suggest what to do ??

I have submitted my bid cum application form no.53845100 of coal India
LTD for 400 shares at cut-off price to m/s Karvy Stock Broking LTD.
Plot no. 160, 1st floor, opp.My Fair Complex, S.P. road,
Secunderabad - 500003 on[protected] through the member of the
Syndicate DSPML LTD .


Payment details - Chequ No.815087 dated
[protected] on PNB, M.G. road, Secunderabad - 500003 for Rs-98000,
which has been debited from my a/c on[protected] .

I have provided the following details correct in my above application
from without any error
Sole application Name - Harshad Kumar Metha,
Dipository : NSDL, DP : Karvy Stock Broking LTD
DPID IN 300394, client ID : 10392355
PAN NO . AOSPM 3727L, Application from NO : 53845100



On enquiry, i am informed by link intime that, the
demat account number for this application has been wrongly entered as
10392533 and the refund order has been issued accordingly to one
Mr.Alok Gupta, d-131, Sector - p, Aliganj, lucknow - 226020.


But the above mistake is done in electronic bidding system by M/S
Karvy Stock Broking LTD, authorized agent of DSPML LTD.

I have done many type of communications such as email & registered
A.D. letter with Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. & requested them to send
me a Zerox of my
Applicaton Form.But as on date they have not provided us the same .

I have not received any refund amount nor i have received any
allotment of Shares.There is no positive responce from Link Intime
India Pvt. Ltd. & the matter is unnecessarly prolonged.There is no
mistake from our end then to we are suffering & not getting allotment
of Shares & refund of excess amount after adjusting the allotment
amount.

So we request you to look into the matter & do the needfull at the earliest.
