SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,

THIS AGREEMENT is made today between Coca Cola Company UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
For good consideration, Coca Cola Company UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

ARTICLE 2: SALARY
Coca Cola Company UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of ( 8, 630) Eight Thousand Six Hundred & Thirty GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. I.e. After Tax.

Fifty Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
Coca Cola Company UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at Coca Cola Company UK discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Coca Cola Company UK.
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Coca Cola Company UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause Coca Cola Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, Coca Cola Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,


ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, Coca Cola Company shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the Coca Cola Company or any predecessor of the Coca Cola Company and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Severability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Coca Cola Company (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Hospitality industry, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Burger King Limited UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause Burger King Limited may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, Burger King Limited will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the Travel Agent for Immigration Services United Kingdom.
Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
Burger King Hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at Burger King Discretion from time to time.



ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Burger King.
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Beverages Limited, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Industry may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee 1month at full pay.



ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the Industry may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Burger King obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause, our Beverages Limited may terminate this agreement at any time upon 2 weeks written notice to the Employee. If the Beverages Limited requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the Beverages Limited will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 2 weeks written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement.
(a) The sale of substantially all of the Beverages Limited assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or

(b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the Beverages Limited outstanding corporate shares; or

(c) The Burger King decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;

(d) The merger or consolidation of the Burger King with another Beverages Limited.

(e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.


ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, Burger King shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.



ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Sever ability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Burger King (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

3. APPLYING DIRECTLY TO THE U.K EMBASSIES WORLD-WIDE

5. RE-IMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES

6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING

All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.

However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.

7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMMER

Terms of Agreement for Carrying Out Expatriate Support Services

Article 1: Contract Period
The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 24 consecutive months; 2 year and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services. This is with effect from the[protected].

Article 2: Fees for Services and Terms of Payments
2.1 CCC shall pay Employees on satisfactory performance of the services the sum GBP 9, 600.00 (Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pounds) monthly or Euro equivalent depending on employee’s home country.
2.2 CCC shall pay for services rendered by employee by cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated therein
2.3 Payments o[censored]ndisputed invoices will be made by CCC to the employee monthly.
2.4 CCC shall pay all fees in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) or Euro equivalent depending on employees’ home country and shall be paid; 75% to an offshore account provided by Employee and 25% locally.
Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay GBP 3, 100.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowances to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
2.6 OTHER BENEFITS

Local transportation: Toyota Avalon 2006 model shall be fully provided for employee and family by employer for mobility of labor.
Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for each employee.

Employees’ shall be authorized three (3) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer’s management. Employer will pay for travel expenses (i.e. flight tickets) and flat rate travel allowance of GBP 3, 100.00.
Article 3: General Administration and Management/Other Benefits
3.1 Unless otherwise stated in a superseding document, the General Manager COCA COLA RECRUITMENT shall maintain general administration and management of the contract and all progress reports should be addressed to The Coca Cola Company Uk.
Article 4: Force Majeure
4.1 Not withstanding any thing herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure.
The term "Force Majeure" shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, and Nation wide strike, Lockout, Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.
4.2 If an interruption of work occurs as a result of "Force Majeure" for up to seven (7) days, 70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in Employee not being able to perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, then The Coca Cola Company UK shall act its option elect to continue the implementation of this Agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated or to terminate the contract.

Article 5: Termination
5.1 This Agreement may be terminated: -
(I) if the services stated therein are not rendered satisfactorily.
(ii) If the duration of the Agreement stated therein expires and no extension has been given.
(iii) Under Force Majeure as stated therein

Article 6: Default of Employee
6.1 In the event of default by employee or non-compliance by Employee with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Coca Cola Company UK shall give notice to Employee specifying areas of default and employee shall have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to The Coca Cola Company UK. If the Employee does not rectify to The Coca Cola Company UK, the said default(s) within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice, The Coca Cola Company UK shall proceed with termination of this Agreement subject only to settlement of all payments due and outstanding at the time of termination.
Article 7: Entire Agreement
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties here to and any prior representation or arrangements are hereby superseded.
Article 9: Attestation
AS WITNESS the hands of the duly authorized representatives of the parties, the day and year first above written.

ei i have a friend who got the same contract. and where also thinking if it's just a scam or what because the benefits are too good to be true.

so anyways what you posted kind of confirms that they're fake.
I also got the same kind of offer letter for Marks and spencer company on london.Only the title name is changed rest of agreement is same.So I think This is the biggest fraud and falls under cyber crime act!!!
