[Resolved]  Coca Cola India — Irregular supply from distributor side

Sir, I Mr Narayayan Behera from Orissa Badambadi Goverment bus stand from the stall Sunita Sweets stall. As the demand of the product though getting increased the supply of the products are getting less in the market and delivery of products are getting day by day poor to every counters . So i just want you to have a look in off season too and also it had by cash payment to every prduct. It has been a request to you sir take a strict opinion on this iregular supply of products. I have a general store and serving coca cola product to the cust. but the supply to the shop is very bad i have made call to the comp representative but he always do fake promise. I am the only user of Coca cola product in 3 km area of my shop, other use Pepsi prod. Pls take right step other wise I also moving to Pepsi.

I am running a medical shop at above mentioned address. Since last 10 years we are serving coca cola products to our customers. But from last three year we are facing the problem from coca cola suppliers or distributors...There is very irregular supply or I must say very bad supply which i could not expect from the company like coca cola. During this span of time many distributors has got changed and this is hampering us and our services to customers. Since last 18 days continuously we are calling the supplier and your motor supply van but he is not responding, sometime he give no reply on phone also even since last 4 year they were not come to do servise to your cococolas fridge. All this mismanagement from your side is forcing us to shift from coca cola to Pepsi. So I request you to take some appropriate action in next 24 hours so that we can change our decision or mind set for coca cola.

We have a seal pack live bottel in hand. then i complainted to your lacal sales consultent but till date he has not given any response to me. dear please look in to this matter otherwise i have only the option of media and consumer court. Today I went to one of the Bakery in kukatpally named Teja Bakery.. Opposite to BJP office.
I have purchased 2 litre Coke bottle. He charged me 2 rupees extra.. when I asked him the reason, he said.. coca cola company asked me to collect 2/- extra on each bottel customer purchases.

Is this the right way to earn amount? Why are you cheating customers? There are lot of ways to earn money but this is unfair.

hi .. my name is arshad, i am a resident of okhla vihar, jamia nagar, new delhi 110025. i bought a bottle of limca today which was fake, i went to the shop keeper, he didnt accept the fact first and later told me that i cant do anything about it, he will continue doing what he is doing and he also told me that i will give u contact details of whoever i want but still nothing will happen.. first of all if the seller has tis attitude which clearly reveals that he is taking side of thye distributor which means these shopkeepers are getting a cut out of the deal, but coca cola should make sure that fake products should not be sold and regular checks should be happening, coz it gives a bad name to the company and the product and looses customers and at the same time consumer suffers if something terrible is mixed to make fake product . i still have the sample of that left over of the cold derink i bought. i do expect some work here . i[censored] need to contact me write at [protected]@gmail.com. i am thinking of going to police and file a report as well or go to consumer court to report about it if no action is taken by company . i have faith in coca cola so i thought of writing here frst . lets see how it goes . its no threat, i am a customer and i do have a right to say and choose .

I Mr. Ashoke Kumar Mondal a cocacola dealer in bally area under howrah district. I am a monopoly dealer of Kinley Company. From 1st of june the purchase price of Kinley water is hiking Rs. 3 / box. Profit margin of dealer is begun to decrease. Again 21st June, 2012 the price of Kinley water increase. Profit margin is now again decrease. I wanted to know why the price is hiking so first of Kinley water rather than other company. Therefore other company is offering more profitable business to me rather than Kinley Company.
