Coca Cola International Promotion — fraud

i got a fraud mail from [protected]@msn.com which stating that i won 1000 000.00 GBP in some lucky draw.. then they were asking about my address and identity proof.. and now they are asking to pay 25700 indian rupee for some airport clearence .. i have not reply to them... so they called me for the same pourpose with an international no++[protected]so please tell me this is true or fake. my mail add. [protected]@gmail.com.

i have received an email from coca cola international promotion, promotion/award department, avenue P.O. Box1010, Liverpool L70 1NL, UK stating that my mobile no. have won 1000000.00 GBP and an agent named Mr. paul howard will come with a percel and for that i have to pay 19500 in indian money.i didn't answer the mail.now they have phoned me for the same purpose.what to do?are they genuine or fraud?
