dear sir,
i won the prize through cocacola mobile draw 2011 as the amount of 1,000,000.00GBP. they advice me to collect 672GBP for custom charge but due to my poorness i could not do it. due to not arrangement of this custom charge they return to their country and advised me that register for parcel as against government of india.
please help me in this condition and give me any advice.
