[Resolved]  COIMBATORE PF ofFICE — PF Not received - Irresponsibility of the employees

I am R, Bhuvanesh resided in Chennai. My father passed away on April 2010 unfortunately after working in a PVT company for 35 years. The branch office was in Chennai and the Head office was in Kunoor. So the PF account of all the employees are maintained with coimbatore PF office. After his demise, i have applied for claiming the PF amount on June 2010. The PF office took to months to process the claim and later rejected for few reasons. Then i again approached the branch office at Chennai and rectified all the errors and then submitted the claim form again during September 2010.

In this scenario, i did not received any updates from the office neither my bank account got credited. When checking[protected];[protected];[protected] through phone (after dialing for very very long time) one of the officer told me that it is in process and will be done in 2 months. Then again i called them and asked the status of the claim. No number mentioned above was reachable. From then i am trying these numbers almost on daily basis but no one was responsible enough to attend the calls. (Inspite of this irresponsibility, they keep dialer tune songs in order not to bore the caller - Ridiculous !!!)

Then i got the number of recovery cell and tried to convey the query. The person is not patient enought to listen the query and redirected me to call the customer care numbers again, which is not reachable. He is also very angry that i am complaining about his organisation. If someone does not work properly, people will naturally complain. After making loud voice, he got my PF details and he told me that he will get back.

I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned responsible authority that money is not earned easily. All should do justice for their work and those who does not do it is not fit for human life. Will they be happy, if such kind of incidence happens in their life ???? The amount blocked in the PF amount is somewhat huge and basis the money i have to plan certain things in my family. There is loss of interest too..

This naturally happens not only in the PF office but in all the government offices. They are asking us to come in person. How will i travel to coimbatore from chennai to just enquire on this ? These idiotic irresponsible answers usually comes from the most of employees of government office. Either they need to be bribed or we need to fall on their feet..

These kinds of deeds looks very shamefull and they are unfit to live as a human being.. If god has given me the power of cursing, i would do all the cruelty in the world to them.. They will also not lead a happiest life.

I would sincerly request if any responsible officers come across this query, kindly step into the action. Kindly understand that everyone is working for the same money and no one is exception to that... Also there are lots of complaints i could see in the complaint register.

Government needs to take necessary action for these. Because, in a country it should be the government which should be praised more than anything else. But in India, especially in Tamil Nadu, the situation is totally upside down.
