Respected sir,
My name is Santosh soni, i received my voter id card .18/10/2008
My date of birth is 02/01/1975 but in my voter id card incorrect date of birth of xx/xx/1977 is printed.
Address also wrong printed here . my real address is 71 nandiya nagar indore then 62/2 nandiya nagar print in the card
My voter id card number is BZY1904556.
I have also given the application for correction, rasid no. 37. dated 18/04/12 , matdankendrakramank 20815, bhag sankya 52. anukramank 555.

but i am still awaiting for my card several time i have follow to mr. thakkar for my card but they did not reply properly for this matter .

Pl. look in to the matter & do the need full .
