College — froude college

Dear sir,

My brother taken admission in Semi financed Engineering college.we have paid Rs.20000 and total fees is Rs.25000/-,we are coming from poor family and manage this for his study.

But we shocked college doesn't have
1.college building
2.staff
3.computer lab for computer engineer

How it got permission from all india council for technical education-(AICTE).Brother tried to suicide fro this reason.

Nobody answer properly.

they might have political support.But what to do its matter of his education,please help us and take action.
