I purchased a cloth(a white kurti with silver block print) from hypercity shop at Alpha one mall, vastrapur area, ahmedabad,Gujarat. I washed it before using with only plain water without using any other chemical or soap and the silver colour faded making it useless for wearing.I called at the customer care centre (tollfree no - 18002097172) but did not get favourable reply. they told me that as I have washed it, it is not in a resellable condition and so they will not exchange or replace it. I was not going to give it back if it was of good quality and in good condition. If the silver print was not faded, there was no issue of exchange or return. I have kept the tag and it is not written on it that it needs dry clean or there is no gurantee of colour. - as such white colour doesnot need gurantee of colour. As I am not given justice, I have to file a complaint with consumer forum.
