service not provided timely

the service center of this company too long time
in giving service and in changing parts

service senter taking my time of 15 days
and still not repaired my laptop

cause of this i have loss of rs 1500000 in those ays

in un appearence of my laptop

i had this product from
Sunbeam computer
kasim bazar ballia

please provide me the judgement
