Free Redemption of All-in-one Printer

Compaq Presario Computer System was purchased on 29 March 2009 with offer of All-in-one Printer. But till today i have not received the free offer of said all-in-one printer. Redemption Code is: E7KDSOXOSV and subsequently i have received sms stating that the product is on process and the reference no. is 110445. Kindly send my free gift (all-in-one printer) immediately to my Address i.e. Lucknow.
