I would like to inform you that my laptop is under warranty purchased on 07/07/2010 in the name of Allwin Land Developers Pvt Ltd. There is DVD drive problem as it is not working and checked by hp customer service center in baroda. They are not giving replacement for the same and saying that Ct no is not matched in our record while the laptop is under warranty and purchased from Gayatri Traders - Vadodara.
