[Resolved]  Compaq v3155au — not get display

I HAVE MAILED MY COMPLAIN ON in.[protected]@hp.com for 3-to-4 days continuously, but they are not responding for below mentioned complain:

we have purchased your product
compaq V3155AU- laptop

FROM: Neemi Systems & Services
84-Alkapuri society, Alkapuri,Baroda-390007. (M):[protected].
Waranty: 1 Year.
after 1.5 years o[censored]se we found that , our laptop is not working properly.
After power on, display does not came & after 2-3 times restart it was start. These was remained for 3 months & now the display totally goes OFF.

In june-2009, when we reached to your toll free no.,they gave service center address in Ahmedabad. Because of our time clash, when we reached to service center SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS PVT.LTD.,Ahmedabad-Gujarat Date:[protected] , they talled that
"this is the company fault & we have extend the warranty period to 2 years.After that you have to pay about Rs.8000 to 10,000 for to repair this one."

Here we wants to request you that,
As you see, we have also passed out the warranty period of 2 years.But pls note that
we have not given our laptop for service till date & this is the first time.Also this is the company fault. The service amount Rs.8000-to10,000 is not small amount.

Within 3 years of period we have to spend a lot.
We request you to do the first servicing at free of cost.
Pls consider this case & reply as early as possible.
So, we can take further decision.
