very cheap source of blaming and/or advertising; no one responsible for additions or deletions; even after removing complaints, no rectifications at the site.
We are also facing service related issue with Compark Group for last year. We have subscribed for their recharge API. They have blocked our API saying that some customer did fraud transaction using their API for Dish TV recharge whereas it is confirmed by Dish TV that the transaction and recharge is valid. I have sent them written confirmation from Dish TV but still nobody responds. We have sent a request for termination and refund but still we haven't got anything from them on this. This is really irritating and unprofessional behavior that they don't respond to their clients or even revert on mails. Sustainability and growth is a major concern for this company when providing such type of service and they have some strong competition like Eurone, Egpay, OxyCash, Paytm etc.

BIG FRAUD COMPANY IN INDIA ...NEVER INVEST IN IT THEY BLOCK THE AMOUNT AND SLOWLY CUT MORE AMOUNT FROM UR AGENT AND DISTRIBUTOR PANEL .KALPANA PARIDHA ALSO IS A FRAUD WITH AJAY AND VIKAS...BE CAREFUL.
BIG CHEATERS...compark e services pvt ltd with a trade name of commsoft owned by mr. vikas gupta and ashish kumar gupta located in gaziabad with a registered office at new delhi is a cheating company. travel e point, bus e point, and hotel e point are their utility portals created and managed by compark e services pvt. ltd. We are a new travel agency and had placed order for travel booking products with this company through legal contracts. Mr. Vikas Gupta had promised a lot of things but did not deliver any product as per the agreements. We have paid lakhs of rupees to them for the products but compark has taken the money and simply stopped working on our products with no response to our concerns. Mr. Vikas Gupta and Ashish kumar gupta being the owner of Compark e services which manages travel e point have been cheating others as well which we later realised when we browsed through the web complaints. we even informed Arzoo.com india pvt ltd who is the flight and hotel provider to compark e services about this cheating but they did only enquiry and nothing else till date.
We are also facing the problems like deduction of money from the account panel with no reasons, no amount credited for PNR cancellations, contact numbers are always busy, no call back. All these problems may lead to fraud and dissatisfaction to customers. Also I personally recommend not to invest or work with Compark/travelepoint
