Every body This letter is just to bring to every bodys attention that Just dial is a fraud company is cheating lots of Common Small Businessman I had taken a small package from Just dial after their forced sales staff compeled me to take their product by promising me more business. Once i took their offer i used to receive sms from just dial but when i called the customers who wanted to buy Air tickets they always told me that they have already purchased the ticket and when i compalinted this to their manager Mr Khan he dint gave me a good response and siad that at the time of taking this package i was informed the following things. 1] First sms is first send to Platinum position holders. 2] After 60 seconds the 2nd sms goes to Diamond position holders. 3] After again 60 seconds the sms is sent to premium positions. 4] They send such sms to 7 different companys and the last one gets after 7 munites. That means the people who are registered in small packages and given no chance as till the time he call the customer the deal is already done. THIS IF FRAUD THE SALES STAFF ARE NOT INFORMING ORDINARY CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS MSG SYSTEM WHICH IS SENT AFTER 60 SECONDS DELAY..... I have other people who has similar complaints about just dial services they just wants to increase their sales and giving false promises to small business man. They are Fraud and their service is Crap as they will never refund your amount if you are not satisfied with their services. I feel that if they are cheating in such a way people should be aware about this and never take their product as they never promise how much call they will give you. I THINK JUST DIAL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND A POLICE INQUIRY SHOULD BE ORDERED AGAINST THEM. george Fernandez Pune Was this information helpful? | |

Dear All,I couriered my desktop from delhi shalimar bagh branch to agra sadar bazar my office address.i told your people clearly its electronic iteam and handle it carefull.i took myself consingment after coming back agra but when i received my packet it was totaly damaged even your delivery boy throughn that packet infront of me also. i refused to accept and asked for the damage cost your pople behaved rudly with me and used abusing leanguge i spoken with jandewalan branch head leena also but same behaviour was her side also.this all disapointed me i told them i'll file a case againest them then they said nothing will happen from court side this is very bad if you peopls are doing such like this i sent jhandewalan branch my copies of consignment and bill but they didn't reverted even after making call they were not picking and after picking they were holding me hours and gossiping with girlfriends and boyfriends. this is very bad i sent you notice also from court side you didn't reverted after that also now its my limit. i am going to file case tommarow if you peoples are doing something kindly revert me on my mail ID rt.[protected]@sknl.co.in or contect me till 12:00 noon on my cell [protected] or [protected] else foursfully i have to file case in consumer court and if you people thinking court can't harm you or do anything then its your mistake you will suffer to much so kindly do the needfull as soon as possible because i m waiting your positive answer from last 6 month now its over i can't wait more my cnsignment was for april 7th 10 for agra waiting fro your reply
