What is the next step......after filing complaint at Consumer Forum online?
Sir/Madam,
I called up the toll free consumer line 1800114000 as well as regular lines 01127662955/56/57/58 "N" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.
I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

myself sunita soni belong to district Rewa (m.p.) i want to complain about customer disagrement against 21st century handicraft manufacture and suppliered of export quality brass art wares, e.p.ns wares, marriege goods, presentation novelties govt."Q" marked and decorative item etc. mughalpura 1st, moradadad u.p. 244001. details as below about purchased goods order
order no-588, dated 23/12/2008, advanced amount in cash Rs-3000 .item no-424, 355, 1642 total amount of goods order was 13, 800.contract was agree payment of mode 2000 per month instalment.
problem is created that we would not gettin response at presentaly from 23/12/2008 to 16/05/2009.there is offline fax no-05912325766 and landline no.05912496085. but before last 4 month i talked to telephonic way of communication for order of goods to supply dissatisfaction but i could not get really response mr.vijay saxena has cell no.091
79700294 i could not get goods item in propper channel of supply .i would not get response through customer satisfaction .how could i do that situation .
so please adised me according to law of consumer protection act

Honourable sir,
I am reciving a problem about broadband service provided by LASTMILE BROADBAND(under
AMTRON)called MAGIC SURF in GAUHATI, ASSAM. While taking connection they asked for a
registration fee of RS.-1500.They called it membership fee & hence non refundable.While I asked them
about the need of membership they simply said it was the rule.I want to know, under consumer act are
there is anysuch rules? I am just taking a internet connection & I am asked for membership that has no
use to anyone.Security deposit is another matter.Please have an eye over the topic.

ALSO SOME TIMES SHOWS ERRORS CANNOT FIND SERVER.

maine shivpuri(M.P.) me rahta hoon. maine kuch months pehle shivpuri me hi airtel ka broadband connection liya tha. lekin ab mai bahar jane ki wajah se use cancell karwana chahta hoon. jab maine uske liye airtel me sampark kiya to waha mujhse bill amount le liya gaya aur kaha gaya ki ab aapko bill pay karne ki jarurat nahi. aap 121 per customer care se contact kar lijiye. lekin jab maine wahan contact kiya to wo kah rahe hain ki aapka rs. 200 bill bakaya hai use pay kijiye tab aapka connection cancell hoga. lekin jab local me contact karte hain to we kahte hain ki aapka bill pay ho chuka hai. mai iske liye unhe email bhi kar chuka hoon. lekin ab wo 121 per mera call receive nahi kar rahe hain. so aapse request hai ki meri is samasya ka samadhan kijiye. kyunki maine unhe agla bill banne se pahle hi cancelletion ke liye 121 per kah diya tha. jiska call back refference number hai 29010628 and 92937052. mera conneciton abhi bhi cancell nahi hua hai. yahan ke Airtel office ka adress hai. me "divoliya indane gas agency" Nadigao konch Disstt. jalaun U.P. ke sambandh me complain karna chahta hu. is agency ke propwirter agency ko 'nadigao road konch' me sanchalit karte hai jabki agency registered nadigao ke address par hai. iske alaba ye naye connection ke liye 4200 rs. lete hai jo ki bahut jyada hai. konch me gas ki kala bazqari bahut joro par hai.
me bharat gas agency ke bare me bhi batana chahta hu. konch disst. jalaun UP me bharat gas agency kali charan verma ke naam par hai jabki isko nilesh agrawal urf NILU sanchalit karta hai. uska behiviour bahut kharab hai iske alaba 100% kala bazari chal rahi hai cylender keval netao aur gundo ko subudha se uplabsh hota hai ye cylender dete samay 1 hapte pahle cylender jama karbate hai iske baad cylender dete hai. kam se kam 3-4 chakkar lagwate hai iska kharcha hi 50 se 100 rs. tak aa jata hai. har baar jhagda hota hai. home delivery to barso se nahi hui. plese sir in dono agency ki jaanch ki jaaye anyatha kisi din bada hadsa ho sakta hai.

With due respect i want to say that myself ( Raman Saxena ) working with ENTEC INDUSTRIAL FURNACES PVT.LTD. As an Accountant and I used a airtel mobile no.991022847 and this coprate connection my problem is that from 1st september to 10th september when airtel system is working in updating after this process my no.has not show in airtel record when i want to talk to customer care with my no. i can't contact with my no. then i call other no.( 12.09.2009 ) then customer care exicutive your no.is not update and after 48hour your no. has update but after 72 hours i try with my no. to customer care but as ussaly not contact then i call with oter no. then she told me after 48 hour you can contact with me and your no.update but not tai-tai fiss i face this problem from 1st september to till now i have e-mail to 121@airtelindia.com and nodalofficer.del@airtel.in 3-4 times but no any response so please help me and ( jo airtel ne jyada bill bhej diya hai uska bhi solution nikal dejiya please ) and solve my problem

I have sent mail many time to Domins customer care but not response from then.So this makes me to complain on the website.
Sub: Worse service and cheap tactics to break the promise of Dominos (Free Pizza if not delivered in 30 Mins).
I never thought a repudiated pizza house Dominos behavious very cheaply with customers.
I have ordered the Pizza on July 21th'2009 from the phone number XXXXXXXXX.The Cold pizza was delivered after One and Half Hour for free that to I was keep on calling to concern dominos branch. After that, I had a talk with JAGGAN who is the branch manager of Dominos of Thavarkeri branch(Bangalore). He promised me to give one more PIZZA for free to maintain customer relation ship. when I ordered the Pizza on 24 july'2009 the order was taken by VEKI, the way he spoke to me it was very hurting .He talked to me as if he is the owner of Dominos and as we are begging for pizza and he said from the next time onwards there is no delivery to my address. The same Dominios when I order first 2 times they promptly delivered the pizza in 20 Mins.I dont why after subsequent orders they have delayed one and half hour.
IF Dominos is inefficient to delivery the pizza in 30 Mins and not able to keep the promise why you people distributes the pamphlets’ with highlighting the "If not delivered the PIZZA 30 Mins the pizza will be given free".
Because of your delivery attitudes and cheap tactics I spoiled my dinner party. This will I am going to take to FORUMS and tell about your delivery attitude. If I won’t get the reply to this mail I am going to Consumer Forum and I have complete history of my orders.
Don’t try to fool and cheat the customers.

ab mai mumbai sift hua hu aur pichle 4 dino (27 oct.) se airtel digitel tv ko restroletion ke application diya tha jo ki aaj 31 oct. tak nahi hua hai. jab bhi call karta hu mujhe 1 gante, 2 gante me ho jayega kahkar taal diya jata hai jab pichle 4 dino me mai kam se kam 25 baar call kar chuka hu.

Sir maine XPLORA DESIGN SKOOL Jhansi me Nov. 2006 me PGDM course join kiya tha jiski duration 14 months thi but faculty na hone ke karan aaj tak mera course complete nahi karwaya gaya hai. Jiski wajah se mera future andhere me latak gaya hai. Institute ke director ne course poora karane aur Fee refund karne se mana kar diya hai.
Iski report maine police me bhi ki thi lekin police ki taraf se bhi koi response nahi mila. Sir please ab aap hi meri kuch help kijiye.

I use BSNL Power Voucher for Rs.49/- which comes to Rs. 54/- including Tax.The above is not available in the market. Neither the customer service nor Dum Dum BSNL exchange could provide any information about the same. Could you please let me know the present status of the above Power Voucher.
