[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — Contact Detail unavailability assessing officer

When we check our refund status through the site https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html it shows "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker" for long period. However the contact detail for the relevent assessing officer is not avaiable any where. Even when I have raise a query for the contact details to Income Tax department, they have shown the concern that they are unable to get the information for the assesing officer.

It should be avaible on site and should be responsible for update in time.

Our TAN No-PTLM11893A Malana Power Company Limited Kullu (H.P)
We Deposited TDS Through S.B.I Bhunter Branch Code 0003633 in September-2010 TDS for the month of Auguest-2010. But Bank Entered Wrong TAN No- PTLM11863A in the Place of PTLM11893A.
Bank Rectified the Correct TAN No- on dated 13/10/2010 But The Challan Status is not Display on NSDL Website .Please advise
