[Resolved] Corporation Bank — delay in getting ATM card of newly opened account | |||
Hi, This is very sad to inform you that i had opened a savings account in HASSAN Corporation bank in the name of my mother Savithramma B M in the month of july22- 2010 depositing 1000 Rs, till today we didn’t get the ATM Card and had been to BANK it self to verify around 8-10 times. Once I’ve complained to the Bank manager too. The reply we get even today is that the ATM card has been sent to some wrong address with same name. I asked to discontinue the account they said they will deduct some amount as penalty. I am tired now & I would be taking this to consumer court for harassing my old mother making her to roam to BANK many times. Was this information helpful? | |||
