Regarding degree of bachelors in architecture

We are the architecture graduates from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan). Almost 7 years have passed since our graduation but till date we have not been able to register ourselves as an Architect by the Council of Architecture.
As per Architect’s Act-1972, after getting a bachelor’s degree in architecture, one has to apply to the Council of Architecture (COA) to register himself. But unfortunately, COA has rejected our applications stating our qualification is not recognized. I am attaching here a letter of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) dated 5th September 2007 in which MHRD has clarified that the degree of Jai Narain Vyas University is duly recognized and the COA does not have any discretion to refuse the registration. I am also attaching herewith a letter from Technical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan dated 08.04.2008 in which it is stated that the degree of Jai Narain Vyas University should not be derecognized & the registration to the pass outs should not be denied by the COA.
To give you a brief idea, the department of architecture was commenced by Jai Narain Vyas University in 1998. Every year there had been regular admissions with the intake of 30 students with permission of COA & AICTE. Till date hundreds of students have passed out from this department. The futures of all those students have come to a stack because of injustice of COA. In the absence of registration, we are not eligible for any government jobs nor can we apply for higher education in India and abroad.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter and do justice to us. We would be grateful if you can give us an appointment to brief you about all the facts and summary of the whole story.

it is totally dictatorship practice by COA. MBM engineering college is such grate and old institution which has more than 60 year history. older then the first IIT in India. the institute have wonderful infrastructure and from last 3year IIT rajasthan is running in the same campus which proved that the institute has ample infrasture to support any technical course. where as COA is promoting private institute without any infrastructure. many press report shows that in last 7year COA gives the approval to more than 100 private colleges and harassing the premier government universities and institutes. which is clearly shows mellifluous intentions of COA official.delhi high court already commented in its one of judgement that the COA officials may have some personal interest with private institutes. the registar of council is already face CBI enquiry & other official also facing the CBI enquiry. former president of COA is removed by supreme court order recently now election procedure is started i hope new president will resolve this and will do justice with the pass out students.
