[Resolved]  CPWD — Upgradation work not done

Here I am noticing you few incident which been faced by my wife and me while taking the possession of allotted house in H.No 093 (Road no. 2 Andres Ganj). We have already took the house slip from NIRMAN BHAWAN. I am Mr. Vidhyanchal husband of Ms Sulekha Singh who is currently working with Ministry of Defence.
We checked said allotted house on Date: 08/03/2011, First we met J.E. Electricity ( Mr. G D SINGH), he told us to meet Civil section first and when met to civil section then said us to meet Electricity section first. It was like a running in both departments which doesn’t know who going to take first call. We nearly running behind them for 2 hours and finally got surprised that authority doesn’t have the key of the house and they ask us to wait till 2:30 pm. Again we visited enquiry office and met to A.E. Civil (Mr. SH VIVEK KAURA) and they told contractor (Mr. Narula) to break the lock. Finally we get inside the house around 3:30 PM and found below issues.

1. Glasses of all gates and window are broken.
2. Bathroom and toilet are not on acceptable condition
3. Electricity work is not done or repaired ( no any tube-light and fans are available)
4. Front and back yard is filed with garbage which is definitely used by contractor.
5.No electrical holders, AC points and switchs are available.


And Mr. SH VIVEK KAURA was forcing us to get sign on possession letter at that time only.
We disagreed and met to E.E.(Mr. S M AMRIT) and fond he is too much helpful. And he told us to meet tomorrow 11:00 AM (Date: 09/03/2011).I really appreciates Mr. S.M Amrit for his suggestions.

Now she is accepted to take the house but it should be a bit clean and can take the possession, which I am requesting to write on paper for asurity
Now ( Date: 09/03/2011) they are not agree to write comment or extend time to get possession.

I have already written mail to CPWD office.

On March 10, 2011 he has written comment (on slip provided by Nirman Bhawan) that up-gradation work (electricity) will take 15 days.
Now today I have ask about the status o[censored]p-gradation work he is saying that work has not been completed and refused to give me a clear date to complete the work.

Sir, Please provide me a clear date to complete the up-gradation work because I stay on rent so I have to inform 15 days before leaving the home.
