I AM KRISHNA MURTHY, AN NRI WORKING IN ABU DHABI. I HAVE OPENED NPS TIER-1 AND TIER-II ACCOUNT THRU ICICI BANK-BANGALORE. MY PRAN CARD NO IS [protected]. I HAVE RECEIVED PRAN CARD IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2010 IN INDIAN ADDRESS. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED I-PIN AND T-PIN. ALSO I HAVE MADE REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE PAYMENT THRU ICICI WEB. BUT ICICI INFORMED THAT I CAN MAKE PAYMENT ONLY FOR TIER-1 ACCOUNT.BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW I CAN PAYMENT FOR THE TIER-II ACCOUNT BEFORE THE DUE DATE.PLS HELP ME. Was this information helpful? | |||

I K.Velmourougane, Central Govt. Employee (CICR, Nagpur) have contacted the customer care centre many times for re-issue of I-Pin for my Account PRAN No.[protected] which got locked long back. In spite of repeated requisition, i could not get any reply or new I-Pin to operate/view my account.
Hence once again, i kindly request you to take step to re-issue I-Pin for my account

It is for your kind information that I received a mail from your office As a NPS subscriber, you have Tier I account in your PRAN[protected]Permanent Retirement Account Number).
It was observed that although your PRAN has been generated for more than two months, there was no credit in your Tier I account. Therefore, we have deactivated your Tier I account.
It is very sad that I HAD NOT RECEIVED PRAN KIT FROM YOUR NPS so How can I credite my Tier I account without pran Nos
It is showing in the CRA agency web site that my PRAN card has been delivered on 23-Dec-2010 to Dispatched to subscriber on address DAYANIDHI BHAWAN, DFO 10TH LINE, RANIGUDA FARM, RAYAGADA, 765001, Orissa, India
But till date I had not received neither my PRAN Card nor any particulars statement from NPS.
