Dear sir my name is Neeraj Vashisht and my PRAN is[protected] and it was opened in october 2009 but my I-Pin &and T-Pin became disabeled kindly issue me a set of new I-Pin & T-Pin.

My PRAN No. is[protected]. I am working with -28wing Air force station Hindan Ghaziabad. When i use my I-PIN some instruction are follow from web. The CRA site are given instruction to change &create new I-PIN, I have done all Instruction. After some times i forgot my New I-PIN. Already i given request for New I-PIN, change in personal details and address on 15/03/2010 through PAO.But they not solve this problem till date.Hence i request you pls change my personal details, address and send new I-PIN and annual statement on address/email.

My PRAN No. is[protected], PPAN is[protected]

I receive I-PIN & T-PIN No. but not legible . My User ID is[protected] also seems to be incorrect.Due to non receipt my correct I Pin and T Pin I am not able to see my current status. I have also not received any statement so far.

Since last 2 months i am following up with CRA-NSDL and there is no response. Staff at CRA is not taking calls most of the times and if in case they take the calls they are not giving the proper feedback and information on my query.

I have been calling up the customer service number of CRA-NSDL [[protected]] since last 2 Months but staff is useless and they dont care for the customer.

No reply has so far been received of my complaint dated 27 Aug 1011 show above. Please solve my problem now .

Now I request you please intimate my correct details of T PIN & I PIN
