[Resolved]  CRA - NSDL — Less Contribution amount Invested

Dear Sir
I have PRAN no.[protected] for New Pension Scheme. After getting PRAN No. I invested Rs.2000.00 for my TIER I account through Head Office Ichalkaranji. But CRA - NSDL informed me by SMS that they invested only Rs.1000.00 in my TIER I account. In this case as per CRA NSDL guidelinesI contacted to Head Office which don't give me expected response and told to contact NSDL via Internet.

Also I filled all necessary Nomination Details in New PRAN Application form. But CRA NSDL is not recorded my nomination details in My Master Data with them. For this purpose I already informed to CRA - NSDL by E- Mail. Till date not response from CRA - NSDL.

So I requested you to help me above matter thorugh informing to CRA NSDL.

With reference to your trail email & telephonic conversation with you, kindly provide us the contribution receipt number provided by your POP-sp at info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in.
Further, Please note that, we have verified the application form submitted by you and it has been observed that we have captured your nominee details per the registration form filled by you. We would like to inform you that guardian details were not provided by you for 2nd nominee [minor]. Hence you are requested to provide complete nominee details by submitting Subscriber change request form to your POP-SP.

To modify or update the details in the your account, you need to submit Subscriber Details Change Request Form (UOS-S2 Form) to your respective POP-SP(Point Of Presence Service Provider), based on which POP-SP will update the details in CRA system logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to POP at the time of registration.. The Subscriber Details Change Request form UOS-S2 is freely downloadable from our corporate website, 'www.npscra.nsdl.co.in'

To modify or update the same, you need to submit Subscriber Details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective DTO (District Treasury Office) through DDO(Drawing and Disbursing Office), based on which DTO will update the details in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to DTO at the time of registration. DTO will retain the change request form and will not forward to CRA. The Subscriber Details Change Request form S2 is freely downloadable from our corporate website, 'www.npscra.nsdl.co.in'.

Further, as regards, nominee name, we have updated the correct nominee name in CRA system, which was inadvertently captured wrongly earlier. We sincerely apologies for inconvenience caused to you. You can check the updated details by logging into CRA website www.cra-nsdl.com by using the I-Pin provided to you by CRA at the time of registration.

my name is vishal puri and i am working in police department as police constable in Hyderabad city. on[protected] i received a message from cra.nsdl stating that your value of investment in respect of your NPS Tier 1 account[protected] as of[protected] Rs. 2, 35, 299.7 and at the same time one of my colleague neme is Mirza Ismail Baig a/c no is[protected] received message same but the amount was different, his amout was 2, 44, 984.3 as we are the same batchmates and our appointment date also same i.e[protected] ...i am getting the different amout is 9, 684.6. so i am requesting to kind officer please look into the matter.

my pass of PRAN i.e. new pension scheme is block due to entering wrong password. I request you to kindly open the same so that I can reset the password so that i can view the transaction on line.
